Containment: SCP-XXXX is to be locked in a 10x10 containment cell. the containment cell is to be decorated in a way that makes it look like an Eastern block prison cell. the containment cell is to always be uncomfortably cold, between 20-35 degrees Fahrenheit (-6 to 1 degree Celsius). No law makers, or patent clerks, or DMV workers are allowed to come in contact with SCP-XXXX this includes the 0-5 council or any site commanders. any guards are not allowed to go within 5 feet of the containment cell as the SCP seems to have an effect on anyone who is not a lawmaker or politician that causes people to become enraged at the site of him and a unyielding desire to beat him mercilessly. Due to this whenever staff are in the room with SCP-XXXX they must have some form of mechanical restraints
description:SCP-XXXX is a Russian male who is approximately 30 years of age with black hair and light olive skin. the man says his name is Andrey Duskin. he has a drivers license that corroborates this however, we do not know if this was his birth name or if this is a result of him using his anomalous ability on a DMV worker.
SCP-XXXX's ability's seem to be that he can convince government officials and workers of anything, no matter how outlandish such as getting a patent on someone else's art, or convincing government officials that SCP is real and that we stole his art as our symbol. this was when MTF epsilon-6 "village Idiots" apprehended him and brought him to site 17 however during transit many agents of varying ranks and experience had to be restrained from beating him after just looking at him. during the transit some researchers that were watching the cameras also noted a severe hatred of SCP-XXXX and expressed a desire to cause great harm to SCP-XXX.
Later interviews with SCP-XXXX showed that in his home of Russia people would regularly beat him however he seemed to heal rather quickly from any injury and any attacks that should have killed him just temporarily incapacitated him and caused great pain to him. we will test the reaction of a variety of other SCPs' to him
