Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon residing in the [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is unknown when the phenomenon occured exactly, although it is theorized to have started around █████████, as the phenomenon affects one file at a time, at a seemingly random pace, although once affected, it cannot be reversed. SCP-XXXX affects [REDACTED] by editing information and in some cases images to [DATA CORRUPTED].
The danger proposed by SCP-XXXX is how it changes information, and the chance to [REDACTED] vital information at random, potentially causing a [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX has already affected over ████ [DATA EXPUNGED]. So far no way to [REDACTED] or reverse SCP-XXXX's changes have been discovered, as rewriting affected [REDACTED] back to their original versions will always render the information that was changed by SCP-XXXX instead of the new fixed version, without SCP-XXXX's changes.
Going over old drafts of affected [REDACTED] that were written before the [REDACTED] was affected has always rendered the previously unaffected information affected. The only discernible pattern showed by SCP-XXXX is its tendency to [REDACTED] names of people, especially [DATA EXPUNGED].
Addendum XXXX-A: Two days after the publication of [REDACTED] SCP-XXXX took affect. SCP-XXXX seems to know that [REDACTED] is about [DATA EXPUNGED], as it made a suspiciously big amount of changes to [REDACTED], which so far has only affected ██ other [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX expunged the entirety of [DATA EXPUNGED] and the [REDACTED]. Three days after the publication SCP-XXXX [REDACTED] huge chunks of information in [REDACTED], causing a catastrophic breach and the loss of [REDACTED] information.
