Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9595 is to be kept in Vault-887, Humanoid Cointainment (3m×3m×3m) on Site-78.
At any given time, SCP-9595 must to be secured by at least 6 █,███p cameras, arranged in the regular hexagon of radius cca. 1.18m from the Vault's center-point.
In case of emergency, 7 D-Class Personnel must be ready for immediate containment of SCP-9595 and evacuation of all present personnel in radial area of 50m from Site-78 and present procedures in area of the Site must be stopped immediately.
In no circumstances, SCP-9595 is not permited to leave Vault without permission or previous information given to the Security. For this, every day of new moon, Atlantean sigils (SCP-9595-b) of H██████'s Eas██████ book2 must be drawn by instructions of SCP-9595-b. If this procedure is ommited or bypassed by any means, █K-scenario - Daranes is tend to occur in time of approx. 21 hrs.
Description: SCP-9595, at weight of 80kg and height of 1.80m, visually at age of 25 years, found with memories of his own name as "Gerald Genaussi", of humanoid appearance, is capable of complex knowledge of everything and everybody he is in contact by physical, and by some tests (which are, by his anomalous characteristics, and words, "non-provenable").
As proven, his mindset is capable of absolute adaptability with surroundings and situations. Due this fact, his activity is mainly in fact, when he is more concentrated and his mind is not interesting in anything except of those of his own. When asked to anything, he start to whisper and clicking with his tongue, as he is being recorded, which can be explained by his high inteligence.
SCP-9595 was found in house of his parents, residence in ██████, Oregon, U.S., as he started to draw sigils around of property and chanting. As it may seems unreasonable as of his inteligence, in his words, he said: "It is just fun. Some have 'you know' — sex, some have games, I have — how to say it — this and that and badabang!", pointing at the paper with symbols; by this words, it is plausible to assume that while SCP-9595 is angry, happy, or in need of relax from his mind - which, as shown in behavior, can be only possible, yet unexplained way of anger management.
SCP-9595 is possible, by means not known, but not ommited from use to Sarcics if used wrong, to rearrange physic and psi- or phi-fields, that makes him able to read body language and signals of brain, by means those, which he knows and which he is, by training, capable of hearing.
If SCP-9595 need to retrieve or receive information of something, he is capable of reaching point in which he can connect to, channel to, tune to Akkasha; sort of all-world, all-time sphere of knowledge. As it seems that SCP-9595 is unbeatable in his knowledge, opposite is true: more he knows, more he suffers - this leans to outbursts of anger, present in form of "unhappiness" field, present in area of 5m of SCP, what makes him easy-to-find target when angered and vurneable to psychic attacks, which leans to "graphotheraphy" - sigils - that makes him stronger physically and mentally, when he surround in them.
At first sight perfect, in fact, his personality fights with "accidents" surrounding his tantrums; albeit of capability to Akkasha channeling, SCP-9595 is not capable of learning anything that makes him distressed or nervous, or of what he can' t (yet) connect to anything he knows.
