SCP-13245-1 is easily contained and is to be held in a level | human containment cell
Do not give SCP-13245-1 a weapon of any sort
Description: SCP-13245 looks, sounds, and acts like a young boy and is preferred to be referenced as such.
SCP-13245 is immortal but not invincible. If SCP-13245 comes in contact with SCP-13245-1 it will become Docile and begin to try and be "cute". SCP-13245 also has flying and no clipping abilities.
It can convince any SCP to do his bidding but if the SCP's are able to resist or want to resist they can still kill SCP-13245. The SCP's cannot tell the difference between SCP-13245 and a human child.
SCP-13245 has the ability to copy and use SCP's abilites but these are limited to actions the human body can do such as snapping necks gathered from 173, chasing after people at the speeds of 096, and this is an exception to SCP-13245. Phasing through the ground to catch up with victims, much like 106.
If SCP-13245 is to leave the facility then a Mobile Task Force group will go with no less than 3 people and calm down and retrieve SCP-13245.
