SCP-173 in its containment cell

Item #: SCP-173

Origin: This is meant to be an origin story. SCP-173 is a statue made out of concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint. SCP-173 was created by an executioner in ancient Egypt, who wanted his life to be easier. He created the SCP-173 with things he had in his posession. some weird mix that created some form of artificial rock, and some bits of metal. He created a crude humanoid shape, and with the power of some god at the time, he gave it the will to snap the thick thing in between the head and the torso of a human. Unfortunately, he wasn't given the will to obey commands, and quickly started killing. If it weren't for the executioner's brother, we wouldn't be here today. In 1989, SCP-173 was discovered with a bunch of Egyptian artefacts. No one returned from that mission, and SCP-173 was on the loose again. The SCP Foundation quickly learned of this statue and named it SCP-173. They sent MTF [DATA EXPUNGED] to retrieve SCP-173. 4 years later in 1993, SCP-173 was moved to Site 19, and has been contained ever since.
