He seems to be highly intelligent and seems to have a weapon that emits a laser and heats up and cuts objects.
SCP-4887 seems to have a lot of tools and connection to satellites and controls the satellites without an electrical object implanted on the brain.
SCP-4887 images and videos are blurred and changed and seem to be taken in a different dimension and even with old cameras that have no connection to the internet nor can be hacked into it still changes.
If SCP-4887 is within 3 meters of metal the metal will start to twist and distort at SCP-4887's will and if the metal is touched will kill the person who touched it, the metal if touched will turn to a wire or battery shape and start coming close to SCP-4887 and will form into what SCP-4887 wants this process can be stopped by SCP-4887 or if SCP-4887 is put to sleep.
Containment procedures:
- SCP-4887 is to be contained within a 40 X 50 wood containment cell.
- SCP-4887 is to have no metal close to the containment.
- SCP-4887 is to be restrained with glues wood and rubber bands or tranquilized if angry.
- SCP-4887 is not to any electrical light and or wiring
