Special Containment Procedures: All SCP-4176 intances must be contained in it's original case inside a comercial sized safe only opened by cicular code. SCP-4176 must be secured in a non electrically lit or monitored room at object contaiment site ■■.
Any intance of cameras, computers, drones, and other signal or electrically powered equipment affected by one of SCP-4176 video influence must be rebooted once the programs broadcast has finished playing.
The failing precedure of this instruction on Foundation equipment or otherwise will result in the complete destruction of the apparatus affected.

Any living beings affected by an instance of SCP-4176 are to be held in group cells that are within the laboratories located at site ■■. Do to exposure to SCP-4176 influence they are phisically inactive and only require basic health care.

Description: SCP-4176 is a series of four videos in a single DVD format presumably created in the 1990's of a unknown source or place of fabrication. Originally it was contained in a see-through DVD plastic case. The case in which SCP-4176 was stored presents no anomolous effects.

The Foundation was first notified of SCP-4176 on ■/■/■■ from police reports on a clandestine market on the central square of the town Tacambaro de Codallos, Mexico.
These were previosly reported to the towns police department for strange activity involving surrounding electronic devices, street lights, animal disturbance in the square area and cases of severe migraines while playing one of SCP-4176 programs.
Do to the towns people low class behavior and polices incompetence the use of amnestics was never needed.

SCP-4176 can be played in any device with a DVD player with the only anomolous effect of refusing to play in it causing the devices screen to malfuntion and glitch, releasing an electromagnetic wave that causes head pain, and in longer exposure, desmay.
SCP-4176 most notable anomolous effects and true contents are only present when played in a 90' DVD player that is connected to a standard 90's Television.
Using electromagnetic waves from sorrounding devices it creats a memetic link between itself and whoever is inside a 5 meter radius, distorting brain activity and transporting information directly to the mind.
When an instance of SCP-4176 is played on the required TV, anomolous electrical interference will occur on nearby electrical devices while the screen turns into glitchy static.
After a 5 seconds, the screen will show a deep blue backround and SCP-4176 true features in a option called "Ope./Evocórtex.tv" shown in bright green letters.

Do to SCP-4176-2 special requirements, there were 6 varied types of animals (canines, birds, pigs, fish, horse and ants).
Animal testing was conducted in individualy cages for each animal but still all inside the same room.

SCP-4176-2 "Kingdom of One: Emergencia"	All animal subjects	Syncronized feeling of calmness and relaxation. Animals capable of vocal comunication and clear hearing show an increase in brain power, similar to that of an adult human; long-term memory, comprehension of basic math and basic understanding of a morality are all prevelant . All were equaly compelled to follow Dr.■■ orders including the less competent animals (fish and ants).
SCP-4176-3 "¿How to Echopraxia?"	D-4234, D-4235, D-4236	Signs of their minds, personalities and nerveous system being "melded" together. Further testing shows signs of telepathy and development of a pain link. Automatic body movement was simultaneously done even with interruption (blinking, breating, yawns, etc.).
SP-4176-4 "Take It to the Max"	Limitations on D-Class usage made Dr. Mendoza volunteer on further experementation.	Recordings of intense fast flashing multi-color lights and a potent white noise inside the test room with an inmense increase in electrical interference causing nearby devices to malfunction and explode. Dr. Mendoza suffered a severe epileptic seizure during the SCP-4176-4 program broadcast; he is currently hosptalized in the Foudation's Medical Facilitie insed sector ■■.

EEG tests on human subjects show a high above avarage bioelectrical brain activity in the hipocampus and the cerebellum and lower activity in the amygdala.
