Description: SCP 5460 seems to have the appearance and properties of 3 regular pieces of A4 paper, held together by a staple, with normal printer ink and Calibri font, SCP 5460 seems to be plans for a D&D monster, which appears to be a rock based lizard around the size of a grown dog, anything that touches SCP 5460 without protective equipment will be morphed into the creature described by it, subject's of SCP 5460 are classified as 5460-A

A scratching noise was heard coming from SCP 3660's containment cell, upon entering personnel saw SCP 3660 scratching words onto the wall of the containment cell, which read: "MY BROTHER HAS EMERGED" above a list of co-ordinates.

Begin log: "Okay so we followed these co-ordinates and found 3660's 'brother', in the middle of a bloody forest! Anyway, it looked kinda normal, regular paper, ink, font, but as soon as one of the personnel touched it, it turned him into this 'thing', looked around in all directions then ran off, we haven't heard from him since, now I know how this thing relates to 3660 as his 'brother'." D-5241 was put in SCP 5460's containment cell, subject was encouraged to touch SCP 5460, almost immediately after contact the subjects body started to morph into the creature described on SCP 5460, just like SCP 3660 the subject still showed signs of human personality.

Termination experiment
5460-A is placed into the testing chamber, personnel then opened fire on the subject, as soon as it died it exploded into a strange sap in a radius of 30 feet, the sap had dissolved before personnel could get samples.(not yet finished)
