The First Document and Anomaly of SCP-4000 Ever Observed

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4000’s effect is a wide spread global phenomena which manifests at every Foundation Site across the globe. SCP-4000’s effects are the only proof of its existance, as such Containment of the anomaly is impossible.

Description: SCP-4000's effects are observed at all Foundation Sites across the globe, most notably at Site-19. It's a phenomena that manifests close to Foundation Sites, or otherwise almost always directly being connected to them, seemingly creating physical matter and objects out of thin-air.

SCP-4000 is a phenomena in which SCP Objects are seemingly randomly created, and once in reality appear to already be contained via Foundation methods. SCP-4000 Documents are created along with the anomaly which stores information on Special Containment Procedures as well as a comprehensive description carefully explaining what the anomaly does, in what also appears to be written in the same style of its “real” foundation counterpart

Addendum: SCP-4000 Theory The most well accepted theory of SCP-4000, even though with no conclusive evidence put forward is as follows: In another Universe, The SCP Foundation exists as a “Fictional Company” and exists solely as a creative writing group in which users worldwide are able to “Create” their own anomalies and post it onto the website. After this point forward, these users are known as SCP-4000-1 to ████. Upon the completion of the anomaly or “SCP”, The Foundation will seemingly have the anomaly put into existence, but with these anomalies having an already fully written document, as well as the containment method mentioned fully in place. (if applicable).

there are huge numbers of SCP-4000 instances, its predicted a very large majority of anomalies contained by The Foundation are the direct result of SCP-4000.
