Description: Appearing to be a metallic yarn toy with bug eyes not proportional to one another. One eye being huge compared to the other. it also has this crooked mouth that does not open. It is grey in color with parts of it rusted green. Standing at a height of 1"8, this SCP should be approached with caution.

SCP-4000 is pretty indestructable, made up of some very strong metal. it has the ability to swap bodies with any living being when meeting eyes with them. After doing so, the elusive SCP does its best to kill itself as soon as it possibly can, leaving the victim of the swap trapped within its body. It has been recorded that within about 4-8 hours of being trapped that person loses his or her mind and cannot be saved afterwards. This has lead SCP-4000 gaining the nickname "Prison of Corruption"

Addendum: It is said that SCP 4000 was created by a prison in Iraq to break wrongdoers into telling the truth by trapping their souls into the tiny doll. Unfortunately due to the nature of the doll, the accused would later kill themselves. The project was later scrapped.

It was found later in a junkyard all dirty and rusty.
