Description: SCP-4006 hereby known as: "The Creator" is an SCP that is responsible for creating others. Not much is known about this SCP as he has never been contained, only his creations. SCP-4006-1 is currently contained.

SCP-4006-1 is a living scarecrow that is fully sentient. He serves as The Creators "Executioner". He "enjoys" playing music. Most of the time this results in casualties because of how loud the volume is. SCP-4006-1 has voiced being able to turn/lower the volume but The Creator forces him to raise it again when someone need to be executed.

It is unknown whether SCP-4006 or SCP-4006-1 is capable of mind control. It has been demonstrated that one of them has the power to do so (See Incident Log A).

Incident Log A: On █/█/█6 Dr. McCash and Researcher Sekiyo were in the middle of discovering SCP-4006-1. They were performing an interview when SCP-4006-1 stated, "THE GUARDS ARE COMING". Moments later MTF Unit ████-█ entered the building that they were currently in. The MTF Unit made their way into the room housing the computer that Dr. McCash was using to interview the SCP. MTF █████ open fired on his fell squad mates then proceeded to kill himself.
