Special Containment Procedures:SCP-5137 occupies a 5m by 4m minimal security room at site 17. There is to one guard on duty at all times to keep a watch over it and to provide fulfill any requests SCP-5137 has. Due to the nature of its abilities any further measures to contain SCP-5137 are futile and a waste of resources (See description).

Description:SCP-5173 is a seventeen (17) year old caucasian female from █████ ████ Oregon exhibiting no physical anomalies or signs of stunted aging due to its abilities.

Although SCP-5173 exhibits normal human traits and the normal physical abilities of a teenager her age, when she uses the phrases 'I want', 'I hope', and ‘I wish’ lead to the thing she wants to happen happening however, the way these wants happen can be unpredictable, unless [REDACTED]. Outcomes of these abilities can range from SCP-5137 simply receiving what they want without a hitch to outcomes where [REDACTED] when [REDACTED]. Though these phrases are effective when spoken, testing as found that communicating these phrases by writing, typing, or signing them have proven ineffective.

The anomalous behavior of SCP-5173 first caught the attention of the organization after a it was in a car crash on ██████ ██, ████. Description: SCP-XXXX is model VEO 710 slow motion camera made by the company phantom. Though SCP-XXXX doesn't vary in appearance, weight, and size from any other camera of the same model, SCP-XXXX appears to capture things in real time while putting the things it captures in slow motion.

SCP Ideas

-Kinetic Sand that after touching an object starts to mimic the movement of that object/being
-Wonderland pills, a bottle of 32 pills labeled as adderall that when consumed put a person in a comatose state and brings their minds to a place that has been referred to as ‘wonderland.’ In this place the person who consumes the pill fights for their life as they progress to get to the end of the colorful path.
-A mirror where any object placed in front of it is materialized and becomes sentient
-A chameleon that becomes invisible to the naked eye along with the surface its on when scared instead of changing to the shade of that object
-The seer’s spectacles, a pair of RIGARDS sunglasses that when worn give the wearer the ability to see into the future of anyone they look at (including themselves if they look into a mirror.)
-A person whose dreams come true (somewhat like a profit)
-A cell phone that when on causes an R5 radio blackout on anything within a five mile radius to give it the best signal.
