Special Containment Procedures SCP-4653 is to be contained in 5 m x 5 m area on bookstand .SCP-4653 requires 3 bookshelves of new books every week to satisfy its hunger for knowledge. SCP-4653 has to be dusted-of every day. No more then one D-class personnel and two armed guards are allowed to step in containment room. Personnel must enter containment room exactly at 5pm (17:00).If entered in any other time without SCP's 4653 agreement personnel will automatically be absorbed by SCP-4653. No action but cleaning and replacing books is allowed without 05-councils is approval .

SCP-4653 is capable of only absorbing knowledge from anything even from cyber sources or completely absorbing any object or being within 2 meters but has not used this ability on na foundation personnel yet stating that when it does it gets many useless information. SCP-4653 has 2 more abilities .First ability is releasing SCP-4653-A .Second ability is turning humans into SCP-4653-B .Before asking SCP-4653 any question personnel are instructed seven rules .SCP-4653 was discovered in national library of England 20██ and later transported to site ██ .During transport and securing it has not shown any sigh of resistance or used its abilities. Rules were only afterwards that it presented .

Rule number 1: Question must be written on page with its exact date at the time SCP-4653 will not accept question if its written on wrong page
Rule number 2: If anyone enters in its containment room and it is not 5pm and there was not previous agreement for another time of day they will be terminated
Rule number 3: If anyone attempts to remove SCP-4653 from its position without its previous agreement they will be absorbed or turned to SCP-4653-B
Rule number 4: SCP-4653 does not consider agreements about its relocating or changing time for approaching a question
Rule number 5:SCP-4653 has right to not respond question and when it faces that question first time it will grant asker by rejuvenating them for 1 year
Rule number 6: When answer on question is received SCP-4653 will age asker for 1 year
Rule number 7: SCP-4653 will take one year away directly from asker regardless of subject writing question

SCP-4653-A: SCP-4653-A is shadow humanlike creature approximately two meters in high . SCP-4653-A has armor of unknown origin and sword of around 1100 mm in length and around 5 mm in thickness .When SCP-4653 is asked about how and from what is made SCP-4653-A SCP-4653 will not respond. SCP-4653-A will appear only when SCP-4653 fells threatened. Time required for it materialisation is one nanosecond and according to SCP-4653 s will it can attack immediately or stand ground. When this happens personnel are instructed to wait 24 hours until again approaching SCP-4653 however SCP-4653 is not indestructible x-ray have proven effective but no personnel are allowed to terminate SCP-4653-A as there is no record of any attack on personnel who obey SCP-4653s rules.

SCP-4653-B: SCP-4653-B is human being that has gone through transformation by SCP-4653 . Transformation can happen to any sentient being within 50 meters from SCP-4653. As SCP-4653 states this happens when its hunger for knowledge is not satisfied. SCP-4653-B after transformation will begin to pick up SCP-4653 and begin to search for large source of knowledge .When subject finds what its been searching for it will place SCP-4653 on bookstand and afterwards turn to ash or completely normal spotted owl. The animal doesn't poses any knowledge from SCP-4653.

If any action is attempted to abuse SCP-4653 guards are ordered to immediately neutralize threat
