Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4137 is to housed at Anomalous Specimen Containment Kennel, Site-21A. SCP-4137 is to be fed twice daily, and routine interactions with staff is encouraged. Site-21A is to be equipped with 24 Hour monitoring equipment, and all video logs of SCP-4137-1 instances are to be organized weekly. Notable findings are to be remitted to the Defense POW/ MIA Accounting Agency or DPAA.

Description:

SCP-4137 is a domesticated house cat, or Felis Catus, weighting approximately 4.7 kg and roughly 20.7 cm in height. Characteristics include, orange fur with white patches, green eyes, and stout ears. SCP-4137 is of normal temperament and behavior for a standard house cat. It is primarily active at night and sleeps intermittently for an average of 16-18 hours a day. From May 10th, through June 22nd of each year, SCP-4137 will generate apparitions of miniature soldiers, or SCP-4137-1. SCP-4137-1 are roughly 1:160th the size of an average human and are are manifested singularly, or in groups of up to 13 individuals. SCP-4137-1 are characterized as having the dress, armament, and behavior of a soldier from the second World War. Routine observation has shown that instances of SCP-4137-1 can vary in type, but almost always resemble French, German, or American soldiers. Their roles are typically combat related, but support positions have been observed. Instances of SCP-4137-1 will perform various functions, utilizing SPC-4137 as a battlefield. If the SCP-4137-1 is a cohesive unit of the same faction, they will actively patrol SCP-4137. If opposing instances of SCP-4137-1 are generated, they will strategically engage each other. How they come to spontaneously generate on SCP-4137 is unknown. Instances of SCP-4137-1 do not appear to be aware of their presence on SCP-4137, nor do they react to the presence of humans. Instances of SCP-4137-1, are always visual in nature and cannot be interacted with in any way.

SCP-4137 was discovered at the home of Alfred ████, in Sandusky, Ohio. The owner expired due to natural causes on ██/██/██, and the next of kin were notified. Upon the owners discovery, his daughter brought SCP-4137 to a local veterinarian, complaining of "little men" on its body. Phone calls were intercepted from the veterinarian office, which brought the attention of Foundation Field Agents embedded near Dayton, Ohio. All witnesses to SCP-4137 were given Class A-Amnestics and released. Upon further investigative research, it was discovered that the owner of SCP-4137 was an avid collector or World War 2 memorabilia, as well as being involved with numerous projects and veteran advocacy groups.
