Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in 3m concrete cell; located in the center, laying face up. The cell containing SCP-XXXX should standard wooden door, about 75cm in width and 1.5m in height; it should be closed at all times, except for entering and exiting the cell. SCP-XXXX should be kept at a temperature of 18oC; venting should be supplied by a 50cm vent located on the cells ceiling. [This area still needs work]
Description: SCP-XXXX is a rectangular spiral notebook; cover of which is a semi-opaque neon green cover. The back of SCP-XXXX is made of a thin cardboard like material. Pages of SCP-XXXX mostly are blank; though 120 pages total, pages 53-60 are the only one that have any trace of writing. SCP-XXXX’s writing is mostly unintelligible scribbles; pages 57 and 59 both have the words written “I thought you where my friend.” With another bit of writing at the bottom, reading “29/468/████”, these numbers seeming to be a date. Upon any person reading either pages with the english text, SCP-XXXX’s property’s will manifest. People have reported directly after reading this, a feeling of “Being watched”. Approximately three to four minutes later, several hits are delivered to the subjects gut. Camera footage shows, air seemed to move as someone was there; Several test concluded, no being or entity’s presence in the area. Means of manipulation have not yet been concluded. [I still need to do quite a bit more]
Addendom, incident report XXXX-03: During a standard protocol test, on 4/1█/20██/, D-Class ████, was killed due to SCP-XXXX having abnormal behavior. Testing log below.
Test XXXX-06 - 7/█/20██
Subject: D-class ███
Procedure: D-class ███ entered the chamber, the door being shut behind them. D-class ███ cautiously approached SCP-XXXX, kneeling down to it. D-class ███ inspected it, before picking it up; looking through the pages. D-class stopped on page 23. After about 15 seconds, D-class ███ received a jolt to the abdomen, knocking them over, SCP-XXXX being dropped.
Results: D-class ███ deceasing soon after due to internal bleeding, SCP-XXXX not being harmed or altered after the incident.
Analysis: It was found from camera footage, that D-class ███ stopped on one of the blank pages, they seemed to be fidgeting with the end of the spiral. Possibly threatening SCP-XXXX. Now knowing that SCP-XXXX may be sentient.
