Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4451 is a figure shaped like a man in his 40s that is pitch black in color and ghostly. SCP-4451 requires very specific containment procedures. SCP-4451 is near to uncontainable with its tendencies to be curious. To best contain SCP-4451, the chamber must be watched at all times, 3-5 guards inside and 8 security cameras from all angles. SCP-4451 is locked in a 4-meter by 4-meter cube with one camera inside. The box is made out of Carbon Fiber to minimize. When SCP-4451 get out of its containment cell, not all hell breaks loose. SCP-4451 has two sides, "cooperativity" and "anger". These "phases" depend on the conditions of the cell. To cause SCP-4451 to feel "cooperativity", SCP-4451's cell must be cleaned and must be treated correctly with interaction instead of noninteraction. SCP-4451 may possess the people outside the chamber if it's bored. If so eminent precautions against it must be taken eminently.
