Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-5000 is to be kept under close watch of personnel with Level 4 access and higher. This is because they have more experience with the SCP foundation and personnel with a lower experience level have a higher chance of causing the worst by outbreak or death.
It is to be kept in a holding cell that is 15 feet wide, 12 feet in length, and walls that are 10 feet high. All walls, floors, and ceilings in his cell must be made out of stainless steel that is laced with zinc rebars equivalent to the height of the walls and spread 5 inches apart from each other.
The steel must stay under 78 degrees Celcius. This is accomplished by ventilation systems or cool water flowing within the steel.
There should be a double-door function that the item cannot activate or get through. The doors will be made out of the same material as the walls. The doors shall be locked and watched by 3 guards all holding M249's. Each gun will have two-hundred rounds no more and no less. Each guard will also be equipped with kevlar armor and a faceplate made through one-way semi-rigid plastic which covers the entire face. The door will have a keycard slot that can only be accessed with a Level 4 clearance. Otherwise, guards have permission to shoot on site unless testing is being commenced. During this time the door will be closed behind the test subjects and guns will be pointed at the door. There are 4 cameras stationed in the cell. Two within in his room and two within the venting systems (If there is any). There will be an extra 2 that is in the entrance zone before the holding cell can be seen. One camera will be watching the door and one will be watching the door that enters the room with the cell. There is a surveillance room outside the entrance point where all cameras will be watched 24-hours a day under careful watch from two guards. Each one watches for 12 hours then switches. SCP-5000 may not leave his cell. If testing
is needed with other SCP's the object will be brought into the 5000's cell and only 7 guards will be watching 5451 all equipped with M249's
No communication is allowed with item 5451 for fear of agitating him and possibly causing an outbreak. The only communication that is allowed is for testing or for questions. If personnel gets stuck within the cell with the item there shall be no rescue operation until the person is dead or the item is
contained via tranquilized or attempts at termination if need be.
Because of recent breaches with item 5451, the item will only be kept in the site [REDACTED]. The item shall not be warmed under any circumstances and attempts at doing so, the personnel will be executed on-site.
When item 5000 is in his "man" type stage he is to feed one dead body of any D-Class personnel. This is to be repeated twice daily and when giving him the food two guards will enter and push the object into a corner, drop the body, and then proceed to "Get the hell out of that torture chamber".
Description: SCP-5000 is to be seen as a multitude of creatures and objects. Most often seen as a young adult man around the estimated age of 19. The man has a palish blue skin who stands at 1.9 meters in height and weighs 64 kilograms. The man as very messy brown hair and a set of blue eyes. The man
appears to have a normal healthy body at first glance but individuals who look at him long enough (approx. 2 hours) describe him as looking ill or sick. The man is always seen in a brown fur coat and heavy jeans. He has a very slight shiver to him even when it's not cold or below the average temperature.
The man does not speak but instead shows his emotion through how much he "jerks". He has short outbreaks of uncontrollable movement. Maybe a sign of ADHD but it is unclear. The man sometimes makes a faint clicking noise which indicates he is hungry. When guards give him a body he proceeds to manipulate his
body. Stretching a 4 foot long and 1-foot wide mouth made of muscle that has 66 rows of 2-centimeter teeth. Each tooth is described as sharper than the last. With this, he has no tongue and is extremely vulnerable to any gunfire. He feeds by sinking the mouth down its victim's throat and eating its inside
and doesn't eat the bones, hair, or skin. This stage of the object does have a weakness.
SCP-5000 now has a third mutation of its body. The form is known as "Horror Freak". During this stage, the SCP is recorded to have a high intellect. It is capable of speech. In this form, the object turns into a humanoid with arms that stretch 6 times the human average. Its mouth is covered with blood always
leaking out. Its waist is twisted in 138 degrees and its eyes are rolled back into its head. Its spine extends upwards in total making the item 2.4 meters tall. It weighs 75 kilograms and has little muscle. The object has the ability to turn his arms only one inch wide and 3 centimeters tall. For an
unknown reason. During this stage, his body is capable of tearing through any metal. But if the air surrounding him is less then 80 degrees he is incapable of moving and any movement is in very small walks before he cannot walk anymore. He is vulnerable to gunfire in this stage to put possess regeneration abilities similar to SCP-682. This stage is known to break out more than his "Shadow Realm Stage" because of his way of manipulation. While looking at a target he has the ability to command the victim into doing what he says. However, he can only perform this action if he sees the eyes of its victim.
Otherwise, it has no effect.
From time to time SCP-5451 can be seen as a slim, tall, humanoid that is covered in a black and purple mist. He is 2.4 meters tall and has no weight(Note: He is capable of moch 2 flying speeds). The mist extends 6 inches outward from the body and small whispers can be heard. He speaks in a
different language during this time that is not known to mankind. D-Class personnel known as D-[REDACTED] and D-[REDACTED] were test subjects who went into the holding cell while the object was in this state. From here on out personnel referred to this state as his "Shadow Realm Stage" and his previous stage as his "Man Stage". The "Shadow" stage cannot transfer its body through zinc for an unknown reason. This form can also cloak itself with its surroundings making it nearly invisible to eye contact and camera footage. However, if the object attacks in any way or moves fast enough he will become un-cloaked and visible once more. This makes the object extremely hard to watch and look at. Further tests will be or are already documented in the objects stage. Another ability this stage has is to almost toy with its targets. If it only has one or two victims near it then it will act like everything is fine and he is docile.
However, once they get closer he will start to put images into their heads. Telling the victims to "Kill themselves" or "Don't come any closer". It has been seen that SCP-5000 also produces a smell that triggers a fight or flight response in his victims. If targets choose to fight he will simply kill them but,
if the victim has chosen to disengage in the situation he will chase them and torment them even more. Some victims have reported seeing dead relatives bleeding a black liquid and decaying. Some even report of seeing themselves dead. This makes the subjects lose focus and all senses and it appears SCP-5000 doesn't only enjoy seeing them like this but grown stronger. He uses these emotions to give himself strength. These emotions are also used by his other forms. "Man Stage" uses the emotions to make his teeth sharper. It also gives the man more bloodlust for humans. The "Horror Freak Stage" uses the emotions to
learn about the victim's past lives and gains all their memories. This was recorded after a victim and survived. He lost all of his memories but SCP-5000 knew all of it. It is unclear what the "Shadow Realm Stage" uses the emotions for. Later tests and experiments will be conducted though. During SCP-5000 outbreaks
he often unleashes SCP-173 and SCP-096. Obviously in separate areas but it seems to be effective in killing squads along as making it hard to re-contain. All communications of SCP-5000 with SCP-173 and SCP-096 are not permitted.
Addendum 5000.1: (SCP-5000 was found 2 days ago)
Two D-Class personnel entered the cell of SCP-5000. This was the object's first time being seen as its "Shadow Realm Stage" and the facility wanted answers. Their studies were recorded.

Summary of Addendum 5451.1: As soon as subjects reached withing 2 feet of SCP-5451, a long wave of a dark mist wrapped around them and caused their internal organs to melt. After this incident, the subject proceeded to escape his cell by flying through the steel doors(Before zinc was added). It seems the object stays dormant while in his "Shadow Realm Stage" until any personnel walks within a certain range that he can reach them. Then that's when the object becomes hostile. The organs were melted by an unknown substance. We have classified this substance as SCP-5451-A. No samples of SCP-5451-A have been collected yet for it seems to work on target and once its job is done retreats back into SCP-5451. Further tests will be conducted.
Addendum 5000.2: (Approx. 4 Months after finding SCP-5000)
An interview is being conducted while SCP-5451 is in its "Horror Freak" stage. It was found out yesterday on [DATA EXPLUNGED] that this stage is capable of speech and some higher-ups wanted questions asked and answers given. This test has begun 4 months after Addendum 5000.1.

Summary of Addendum 5451.2: After the Doctor █████ said he wants to see the object's abilities, SCP-5000 proceeded to tear through his door and proceeded to rip limbs off of several guards. He spits up acid which caused guards to shoot themselves because of the pain. There was extreme damage to the facility. After he got out of his cell killing everyone in the room via massive lacerations and blood loss he proceeded to head down to SCP-096 room and ripped his cell apart all while keeping his eyes shut. SCP-5000 was never spoken to about SCP-096 but somehow knew everything about him. After this screams were
heard and SCP-096 killed 14 D-Class personnel and 35 Guards with Level 2 access. SCP-5000 then transformed into his "Shadow Realm Stage". This stage stayed in Heavy Containment for 6 hours standing still. No one approached him. SCP-096 was too busy being contained and he was sitting there. Eventually, a scientist
approached him. The cameras were cut off and turned back on. A possible sign of an ability to tamper with nearby electronics. Once they came back on the Dr.█████████'s was missing a jaw along with his eyes missing. He died due to blood loss. Eventually, the Mobile Task Force unit [REDACTED] was sent in to contain him.
He was contained after shot multiple times in the head and chest once the group found him feeding in his "Man Stage". Dr.Wills and Dr.█████ eventually found out that his "Horror Freak Stage" had a weakness to cold air. Airing systems were immediately installed.
Addendum 5000.3: Breaches of SCP-5000
Date: █-██-████. MTF squad ██████ contained SCP-5000 but suffered multiple deaths. John Arb(KIA), Ian Milfran(KIA), Kaylee Robbs(KIA), Bob Mars(MIA)
Date: ██-██-████. MTF squad ██████ failed to contain SCP-5000 and suffered the deaths of Preston Hobbs(KIA) and Larry Lennar(MIA). SCP-5000 was then seen in the forest ████████ and was secured by MTF squad ████ with no deaths.
Date: ██-█-████. MTF squad █████ contained SCP-5000 with no deaths of their squad. However multiple D-Class personnel was killed. D-2456, D-2521, D-8981, D-138, D-9813, D-1421, D-1421, D-1432, D-1312, D-5212, and D-142 all were killed.
Addendum 5000.4: During a breach of SCP-5000, SCP-173 and SCP-096 MTF unit ███████ recorded only the audio. It was recovered after the breach.

Summary of Addendum 5000.4: The entire squad was killed. There were a total of 10 members. Four died from complete mutilation of body parts and massive blood loss. Two suffered neck-snapping incidents and the last 4 died from the trauma of the head and cavity's opening in their chest. Like something buried
itself into the body. SCP-5000 is now to be kept under a closer watch along with a squadron of MTF that only specializes in containing SCP-5000. SCP-5000 is to not be terminated as more answers are wanted.
