Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX's extreme reactionary behaviour, all attempts at containment are prohibited from this point forward. All previous revisions on the special containment procedures for SCP-XXXX are to be deleted from this point forward.
An ongoing misinformation campaign is in effect, which is to remove and destroy as much data as possible about SCP-XXXX in order to keep the general populace away from ██████, Iceland.
RTF-Upsilon-9 ("Yeah, We Vape") are to be stationed to SCP-XXXX and monitor the anomaly until more can be discovered concerning its anomalous properties.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a self containing anomaly that takes on the form of a city spread over 3 islands based in ██████, just of the coast of Iceland that is roughly 300 square miles in area over the three islands. Currently only the very edges of the city have been extensively explored due to the threat posed by venturing deeper beyond the borders of SCP-XXXX. Additionally, there is the sound of a tornado siren constantly blaring from the heart of the city that can be heard from the border, all staff are advised to evacuate to a safe distance if the sound begins to grow louder in order to avoid causalities. SCP-XXXX has a line that surrounds the town which seems to be made of a mixture of faecal matter and salt, this line is known as the border as it seems to be the edge of what SCP-XXXX is able to control while uncontained. There are a small number of separate entities tied to SCP-XXXX that exhibit the majority of the item's anomalous traits, from here-on designated SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX-3.
SCP-XXXX-1: The entity takes on the form of a large and extremely dense fog that covers the city, it has been observed that while affected by the wind, SCP-XXXX-1 has never been seen to disperse or move very far from the border of the city. SCP-XXXX-1 seems to possess the ability of containment of anything that enters it, however there have been both D-Class and SCP-XXXX-3 entities escape SCP-XXXX-1 in the past, so the extent of SCP-XXXX-1 is currently unknown. SCP-XXXX-1 seems to originate from the heart of the city, how it is currently manufactured is currently unknown.
SCP-XXXX-2: This entity takes on the form of an unknown amount of humanoids that seem to possess the forms of those lost in the fog, but have the mental capacity of a 3 year old. All SCP-XXXX-2 subjects are to be detained and treated (See procedure 5015-Lygara). SCP-XXXX-2 subjects are not to be contained at any time until they are fully treated. These subjects, while do not exhibit anomalous properties, are warped and mutated to a point where they are barely recognisable from their original form (See Addendum XXXX-C)
SCP-XXXX-3: All SCP-XXXX-3 entities are to be terminated on site.
SCP-XXXX-3 subjects do not possess a consistent form between them, SCP-XXXX-3 entitles are any non-humanoid entitles that originate from inside SCP-XXXX. These entities seem to possess the ability to completely absorb any living matter they come into contact with, so are to be dealt with from a distance. to date, around 43 people have been taken by SCP-XXXX-3 entities. Once the subject has taken a humanoid subject, it will retreat back into SCP-XXXX and is never seen again.
