Description: First documented report was on 4chan on January 4th 2012, released by a previously unknown GOI that called themselves Cicada 3301. At first believed to merely be a harmless PR stunt, very few resources were diverted to look into it as an unprecedented amount of CK-Class Reality Restructuring Scenarios. However, when it was realized that each new CK-CLass event was coinciding with each puzzle being solved, it became a top priority to stop the clues being solved, along with finding out the GOI's intentions and whereabouts. After years of endeavour, the 05 Council officially made Xi-9 " decided to locate and destroy new puzzles.
