Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5124 is kept in a 10ft by 10ft thick-walled cell. The room is soundproof with acoustic panels around the walls of the cell but when entering, all personnel must wear modified earbuds with white noise at max volume but, it is rare to see anyone enter the containment. Those who do enter the containment must have a level 3 keycard or higher with special permission from the site director. last thing, SCP-5124 has to have its own 20ft long hallway to its containment with a steel door at the end and the start of the hallway.
Description: SCP-5124 is a traditional church bell that if anyone hears it ring (which is in random intervals) without modified earbuds, they have a seizure and are put into cardiac arrest, then are put in a permanent state of paralysis.
Addendum: SCP-5124 was brought to Site X08 in Antarctica in 1978 origins unknown. The lead scientist at the time Dr. *Redacted* had a weird obsession with SCP-5124 which led to his death in February 1981. SCP-5124 was them moved in March 1981 to Site Z06 in an underground facility in *Redacted*. On October, 2nd, 2 Class D Personnel at Site Z06 were objected to enter the room to see how SCP-5124 would react. The new site director Dr. *Redacted* then put both of them inside the room and surprisingly, SCP-5124 didn't react at all. But that's when one of the Class D took off his earbuds, There was inaudible screaming for a moment when D-90C2 dropped to the floor. All personnel we're shocked to see that D-90C2 had a wide-open jaw and all-white eyes but the other Class D was unharmed. "Audio Log 347. the Class D known as D-90C2 was taken out of the containment and put in the med bay where he was in a state of paralysis where we don't think he could wake up from. We hypothesis this is how Dr. *Redacted* was killed just 7 months prior to this event."
Addendum Continued: SCP-5124 is extremely unpredictable and rings randomly. There are 3 things that happen to the listener when hearing the bells ring. First, making the listener go into a seizure. Next, (which they can be healed with SCP-500 but it is very unlikely to come back from) the listener is put into cardiac arrest. Last, the listener is then put in more basic words, a deep sleep they never wake up from. One of our Class D was healed by SCP-500 but experienced visions of her death which made her go insane and committed suicide after weeks of "TORTURE" in Site X08.
