Description:SCP-JBP-J is an anomalous memetic effect generated by reading SCP-JBP-1. This effect is always positive for the affected and those affected are referred to as SCP-JBP-J-2. SCP-JBP-2 subjects most often keep their behavioral patterns similar for 4-8 weeks before adverse changes start, but cases have been recorded where major changes in behavior appear within the day.

SCP-JBP-J-1 is the collective designation for all copies of the book titled 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos. It was originally a project by the O-5 council to create a public more ready for K-class end of the world scenarios¹ written by a Canadian clinical psychologist known as Jordan B Peterson(referred to as SCP-JBP-J-3). It is the primary transmission method for SCP-JBP-J, only effective when a subject opens an instance of SCP-JBP-J-1 and begins reading it.
