SCP-5946-A is to never come into contact with SCP-021, due to the previous meeting ending in a site-wide containment breach. Description: SCP-5946-A is a sentient black 2-foot-long western style dragon tattoo. At any time that it wants to, SCP-5946-A can painlessly peel off of the owner, becoming a 2-foot-long black western style dragon. The dragon can eat any item smaller than it, although the dragon does not seem to require eating. SCP-5946-A can fly, and can breathe fire. SCP-5946-A and B were first found with SCP Agent ██████, who is now in containment in Site-19 with SCP-5946-A & SCP-5946-B after [REDACTED] years evading capture. SCP-5946-A has not left Agent ██████. In the event of an attack, personnel are to observe Class 5 hazardous object containment procedures. SCP-5946-A is to be monitored 24/7.

SCP-5946-B is a black-furred male canid biped with a height of 6’4”, with gold eyes. SCP-5946-B appears 180 hours after SCP-5946-A bonds with a host. SCP-5946-B is a powerful entity capable of invisibility & minor psychological manipulation, and is skilled in all forms of combat and torture. Once SCP-5946-B manifests, personnel are to observe Class 5 hazardous object containment procedures at all times.
