Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4556 is contained within a multi-storage room holding objects such as crates and boxes at Site-94b. Each room is exactly 14 ft. x 14 ft. x 14 ft. and there is a total of 5. Each room has hidden doors on each wall for entry and exit testing purposes. At least two (2) Security Personnel must be guarding the outside of each door.
Description: SCP-4556 is made up of one (1) humanoid head, including normal facial features, and 5 different holes in the top of it's head thought to reach all the way into the brain. All facial features are alive only in the instance of three (3) different people inside of SCP-4556's containment chamber. Within the several holes on SCP-4556, SCP-4556-1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are stored.
All 5 are made up of exactly sixteen-thousand (16,000) dust particles compacted into a ball around half the size of a golf ball. Each of the 16,000 dust particles carry diseases of unknown origin. They are thought to come from other SCP's. Most researchers call them "Spores of Doom" while others simply call them dust balls.
Addendum 1: Incident Report #1
Incident: "Outbreak of Death" █/█/██
A test on SCP-4556 is being conducted by Dr. "██████". 3 Class-D enter the containment chamber. CD-A is ordered to approach SCP-4556 and hold up a conversation. Once CD-A is three (3) feet away from SCP-4556, SCP-4556-1 exits SCP-4556's head and charges towards CD-A. Stunned, CD-A ducked and SCP-4556-1 continues towards CD-B and CD-C. During this, SCP-4556-2, SCP-4556-3, and SCP 4556-4 exist SCP-4556's head and run rampant around the containment chamber.
CD-B is killed upon contact with SCP-4556-1. In all of the commotion, Dr. "██████" opened one of the doors and SCP-4556-5 quickly exited SCP-4556 and towards the scientist. Dr. "██████" tries to close the door but all instances of SCP-4556 have escaped. Breach alarms are immediately turned on.
After several hours of chaos within Site-94a, Alpha Warheads are activated in a last ditch attempt to neutralize SCP-4556. SCP-4556 was succesfully (temporarily) neutralized. MTF Beta-7 is deployed to Site 94a to contain SCP 4556 and all of it's instances. SCP-4556, was then moved to Site-94b for further containment and testing.

Dr. [REDACTED]: Interesting name. Well, I'm interviewing you because I am genuinely curious about that. Is this okay with you?
SCP-4556: Fine.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Good. Let's begin. We'll be starting with your intentions. What are they if you have any?
SCP-4556: I just want to end SCP-███ once and for all. That idiot is the only reason I was stuck up here.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Hmph. Good thing that Site-██ is pretty far from here. Anyways, what was your "life" like before being contained?
SCP-4556: I usually just went around rural areas and killed everyone. It's a very good coping tactic.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Hm. Alright. Those are all the questions I have for you today. Don't get into any trouble alright?
