Special Containment Procedures: The area around SCP-XXXX must be considered private property and there must be fences around the area, and those fences must be at least 50m away from SCP-XXXX area. Every morning, from 6:30 to 7:30, there must be guards 5m away from the SCP-XXXX area to ensure no civilians are in the area. If any civilian gets inside the area they must be removed as soon as possible.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an area of in a forest in England. Every day, at 7 am, a small village appears, with 23 civilians, including 7 women, 11 men, and 5 children. There is also there is 7 houses where the civilians live, one well, one forge where one of the civilians work, one small warehouse, one bell close to the well and rock paths connecting the houses.
Every time this village appears, the civilians do the same routine: First, one of the civilians, that seems to be an elder, rings the bell. Then, the 5 children get out, running, to play hide and seek. After that, all the civilians leave together: The blacksmith goes to the forge, 5 men starts getting ready to go out and hunt, the women get out together and start chatting and the rest of the men get together to plan more buildings for the village. The village is medieval-like, all the houses are made of wood and the people's clothes are torn. There were no attempts yet to communicate with those people since the test is still pending approval.
When a person is inside the area of the village just before the village appears, the person disappears and come back after the village is gone, the person never notices it disappeared for 15 minutes. When someone is inside the area of the village during the appearance and does not leave when the village is gone, the person disappears and never comes back.
The Foundation still does not know the reason why the anomaly happens and believes it is just a regular manifestation.
Addendum XXXX-A1: In a test, we buried a note inside of a bottle with a specific phrase inside the area of the village during its appearance. After the village was gone, we dug the same place and found the bottle with the note, and tests indicate that both the note and the bottle are about 500 years old. After the next appearance of the village, the bottle and note that were with the Foundation and secured disappeared. Since this happened, it is possible that the manifestation is actually a time-traveling anomaly.
