Description: SCP-4563 is a phone number of which when called, it will not answer leave a voicemail message which many have reported it saying "Hello you have reached [UNKNOWN], please leave a message after the tone". When reported all personal detail not remembering the name of the "person". All reported personal commit suicide 2-3 weeks after the report. The most common form of suicide is to jump off the stairs, however, if the subject does not have 2 or more floors they repeatedly beat themselves until they are dead or no longer conscious if the subject is brought to the hospital before they died, they will have no recollection at all or the event.
Addendum: When the call of SCP-4563 is recorded it appears as pure static. However, survivors say otherwise, although they do not remember what exactly was said but knew it made them feel a negative emotion.
