Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX must be kept in a 10’ by 2’ by 4’ wooden crate. Crate must be handled carefully to reduce risk of activation of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a warehouse on Site-██. Only level 2 personnel or above are allowed to test with SCP-XXXX.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a metal rod measuring exactly 10’ in height and weighs ██ lbs. Rod has two (2) protrusions from each side, resembling dragon wings. The wings and rod are made of an unknown metal, electron microscope scanning of object reveals [REDACTED]. SCP-XXXX has a single gem at the top made of an unknown crystal.
SCP-XXXX was found on a grassy cliff near an ocean by town ██████████ on ██/██/██. SCP-XXXX was recovered floating upright over a grave. Grave is to be referred to SCP-XXXX-a The grave was scanned to show a vehicle that was not a machine. Instead [DATA RESTRICTED]. SCP-XXXX showed anomalous properties by floating 3” above the grass. The gravestone read, ████ Lived: 20██ - 5000. Only level 3 personnel are allowed to examine the grave or go near it. Level 3 personnel have given reports of uneasiness when near the grave, like they shouldn’t be there. The origin of the vehicle or grave marker is unknown. Theories suggest it might be of origin from SCP-2434, but it is [DATA RESTRICTED] and not the same structure as SCP-2434-1.

SCP-XXXX cannot be moved by personnel on-site. Only one personnel has succeeded to be referred to as “The Wielder”, and has been permanently assigned to assist with testing on SCP-XXXX. The Wielder is to assist in moving of SCP-XXXX as it cannot be moved by any means except acted on by a direct force from The Wielder. SCP-XXXX can’t be moved by The Wielder by any indirect means, even by forklift. SCP-XXXX varies wildly in weight, depending on if SCP-XXXX is being held by The Wielder, or being swung by The Wielder.
The gem at the top portion of SCP-XXXX has been scanned to reveal it stores the power equivalent to [REDACTED]. How the gem is able to store this power is still unknown. Any attempts to remove any part, or damage SCP-XXXX has failed. Any attempts to move SCP-XXXX other than The Wielder has failed, requests to use a nuclear device for tests are still pending.

Tests with SCP-XXXX consist of:

• Swinging SCP-XXXX
• Throwing SCP-XXXX
• Using SCP-XXXX on test dummies
• Harnessing the power of SCP-XXXX
• Attempting to move SCP-XXXX
• Testing the strength of the composition of SCP-XXXX

During tests The Wielder has noted that SCP-XXXX has a low telepathic field. The Wielder can “will” SCP-XXXX into doing actions and it will respond.
These actions consist of:

• Bringing SCP-XXXX back into The Wielder’s hand
• Adjusting the area of effect setting for SCP-XXXX
• Using the “Chaos blow”
• Releasing the power of SCP-XXXX in many forms such as flame or light.

The Wielder has noted that SCP-XXXX does not communicate to The Wielder and only responds to commands.
Durning testing, the “Chaos blow” of SCP-XXXX was used. SCP-XXXX created an explosion that killed ██ personnel and staff. The explosion destroyed many sections of site-██, and released the power of a large scale H-bomb. testing of the “Chaos blow” of SCP-XXXX is to be restricted to designated nuclear testing sites. The Wielder was unharmed from the explosion caused by SCP-XXXX.

Test 1

Subjects: SCP-XXXX, The Wielder
Procedure: SCP-XXXX was swung at a group of test dummies. The Wielder aimed for the center dummy.
Results: SCP-XXXX sliced the dummy in the waist, chopping it in half. In the same moment that SCP-XXXX hit the central dummy, all others on the testing range were chopped in half.
Analysis: Later examination of the cuts show they are identical to the cut on the center dummy.

Test 2

Results: SCP-XXXX has destroyed results of test other than the crater caused by the H-bomb class explosion.

Test 3

Subjects: SCP-XXXX, The Wielder
Procedure: The Wielder swings SCP-XXXX at a solid block of chromium
Results: SCP-XXXX hits the block, reducing it to 1 mm size pieces.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX can destroy almost any material, except itself.

Test 4

Subjects: SCP-XXXX, The Wielder
Procedure: The Wielder commanded SCP-XXXX to move with the low level telepathic field
Results: SCP-XXXX flew into The Wielder’s hand
Analysis: The Wielder’s hand was not moved by the force of the staff going into The Wielder’s hand.

Test 5

Subjects: SCP-XXXX, The Wielder, [[SCP-682|SCP-682]]
Procedure: A sample of SCP-682 is placed on a table to be hit by SCP-XXXX
Results: The wielder hits the SCP-682 sample with the “Chaos blow” in designated nuclear testing site. The explosion fractures the containment and destroys the sample of SCP-682.
Analysis: Later examination of footage shows the atoms in the sample of SCP-682 were forced to to fission into hydrogen. Effectively eliminating SCP-682.

Test 6

Subjects: SCP-XXXX, The Wielder
Procedure: SCP-XXXX is charged by direct contact with a cable that has direct feed to main power grid. SCP-XXXX is swung at the ground.
Results: SCP-XXXX's material shines light from within. When SCP-XXXX is swung at the ground, SCP-XXXX fractures nuclear containment. SCP-XXXX destroys all structures within a (100) mile radius. All disturbances to seismographs, satellite imagery, and structures are erased with standard procedures.
Analysis: "DO NOT charge the staff!" - dr. ████████

SCP-XXXX-A is a vehicle that has been created with genetic engineering. The DNA is artificial as if it was made by someone who had superior knowledge of DNA science. SCP-XXXX-a has a storage device in its hood that was recovered by a class-D digging crew. Scanning reveals the storage device’s interior space is the size of a planet. How this is achieved is still unknown. The storage device when recovered and plugged into a isolated computer (had a usb port) revealed more data than (40) times the size of the internet.
The data consisted of the culmination of SCP-XXXX-a’s being. It also consisted of a list of 10,000 “dimensions” that could be used for colonization, a black hole civilization that harnessed the power of a spinning black hole, and endless amounts more.

One piece of information that was most significant was how to make a Dimensional ring. It could be made any size and could transfer any object to any dimension like a gateway. These have not been made yet because of the implications it could create with the possibility of many dimensions.
An alternative way of “Dimensional travel” was to “Walk in the fourth axis” which is impossible, but the method on how its done (stepping in an unimaginable direction) is what some SCP’s possess. (SCP-507 and SCP-2434-1 for example) This “Walking in the fourth axis” needs further study. Since SCP-2434-1 can travel inter-dimensionally this gives SCP-XXXX-a similarities to SCP-2434-1. But SCP-XXXX-a has a different biological structure. SCP-2434-1 talks through its radio, while SCP-XXXX-a doesn't. other differences can include a constant-flow oneway breathing system. so SCP-XXXX-a is proven to be a different DNA footprint from SCP-2434-1.

Another piece of information is how SCP-XXXX was supposedly created, though information isn't believable enough to be accurate. SCP-XXXX was made using a metal that is, "Almost not forgeable. it is a metal made by summoning of the mind. Made by gods, in a dimension where anything can be made by a simple thought. this metal can't be forged or damaged by anything except the power of a neutron star forge." If the information is true, The SCP foundation has no way of using SCP-XXXX's metal for use in other applications like SCP containment cells.

One piece of information recovered from the flash drive extracted from SCP-XXXX-A that was used in Test 6 was that SCP-XXXX can be "Charged" using energy. This comes in the form of electricity and required a direct tap into the power grid. The "small" amount of electricity is used to "charge" the material to the point where it glows. Using SCP-XXXX releases close to the full power thats stored in the gem attached to SCP-XXXX. This effect can destroy all structures within a 100 mile radius or higher, causing extensive damage to the surrounding land.
