Special Containment Procedures: An agreement with the Russian government has been reached to scale back the centuries-old ████ ██████ ████████ programs in northwest Russia. These programs involve the replacement of [REDACTED BY REQUEST] in order to keep control of such areas, hence keeping ethnic Russians away from the area. Various urban legends have also been planted to keep Russians from travelling alone. Class B amnestics must be delivered to anyone leaving the villages of [DATA EXPUNGED] in order to contain a possible information breach.

Description: SCP-XXXX is supposedly a formless entity that inhabits the north west of Russia, primarily in areas previously owned by Finland and places inhabited by Finnic people. The entity has caused the deaths of ██ Russian civilians and ██ Foundation personnel. It is said to be a force which kills isolated Russians in these aforementioned areas, nicknamed Белая Смерть by the Russian populace and Lumihengi by the Karelian populace.

The autopsy of the deceased reveals no surface wounds, however a closed hole in the skull in the centre of the forehead and cranial wounds suggests a bullet wound. Experimentation with people of other ethnicities/backgrounds results in a lack of reaction, however experimentation with those of Finno-Ugric descent results in the anomalous transportation of the subject to the nearest Finno-Ugric settlement^{[further experimentation required]}.
