Description: SCP-XXXX is a ceiling tile in the eastern wing of site ██, hallway G3. SCP-XXXX appears to be in perfect condition, however upon closer inspection it is observed to be leaking a clear liquid, identified as pure distilled water, designated SCP-XXXX-1. The origin of this liquid is currently unknown, as there is nothing above the tile that can be causing the leak. If the tile is replaced, the replacement tile will begin leaking as well. When the tile is removed or damaged, and a replacement tile is not put in it's place within ██ hours after it's removal, the hole where SCP-XXXX was will begin rapidly growing ████████ mold throughout the hallway. as of ██/██/██, SCP-XXXX is never to be removed, except in the event of maintenance, in which case a replacement tile must be installed within ██ hours of removal, to ensure a large margin of error.
Experiment A - ██/██/██
Subject: D-6602
Procedure: D-6602 was instructed to drink a glass of SCP-XXXX-1, which was collected earlier that day.
Results: Upon consuming the liquid, D-6602 began mumbling incoherently for several minutes, before experiencing complete organ failure, and perishing.
Analysis: When the video surveillance was reviewed, it was found that several of the sounds D-6602 made are unable to be recreated with human vocal cords. Further testing required.
Experiment B - ██/██/██, Two days after Test A
Subject: D-6297
Procedure: D-6297 was told to drink a glass of SCP-XXXX-1
Results: After consuming the glass of SCP-XXXX-1, several skin growths began growing on the face of D-6297. Seven minutes into the experiment, the skin growths had completely covered D-6297's face, blocking all ways for D-6297 to breath. D-6297 showed no signs of distress, and died one minute thirty-seven seconds later due to asphyxiation.
Analysis: Although SCP-XXXX-1's chemical compound is pure distilled water, it appears to have fatal effects on those who consume it. Further testing required.
Experiment C - ██/██/██, One week after Test B
Subject: D-5326
Procedure: D-5326 was given a glass of SCP-XXXX to drink.
Results: D-5326 showed no unusual behavior after drinking the contents of the glass. D-5326 has been released for further testing, however they must have daily physical and mental tests done to ensure no abnormal behavior arises. If anything out of the ordinary is found, please report to Senior Researcher ████████.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1 has different effects on different people. Further testing required to determine if there is a pattern to these effects.
Incident Report A - ██/██/██
Subject: D-4207, Private William Jenkins, and Lieutenant Matthew Jennings.
Location: Eastern wing of site ██, Hallway G3
Incident: D-4207 was being escorted for testing when the group walked through hallway G-3. SCP-XXXX had been removed the day earlier for testing, and there was no replacement tile installed, therefore ████████ mold had started growing throughout the hallway. upon exposure to the ████████ mold, Lieutenant Matthew Jennings pulled out his combat knife and began slicing his wrists, showing similar symptoms to mercury poisoning. During this time, both Private William Jenkins and D-4207 stood idly, and showed no reaction to Lieutenant Matthew Jennings' actions. After approximately three minutes, Lieutenant Matthew Jennings collapsed due to blood loss. When Lieutenant Matthew Jennings hit the ground, Private William Jenkins and D-4207 started picking up his body, and began to attempt to stuff Lieutenant Matthew Jennings into SCP-XXXX, using the body to clog the hole up, like a makeshift human ceiling tile. At this point, the group was supposed to have arrived at the cell for testing, and security checked the Global Positioning System embedded in D-4207 to see where the group was located. When they noticed the group was not moving from hallway G-3, an MTF was dispatched to hallway G-3 to see what was holding them. When they arrived, they found D-4207 and Private William Jenkins struggling to put Lieutenant Matthew Jennings' body into the ceiling. SCP-XXXX had been almost entirely covered up by the body, and the ████████ mold had almost all entirely died, leaving a grey flakey substance on the walls and floor. The MTF unit fired upon D-4207 and Private William Jenkins, killing both of them. Twenty minutes later, a hazmat crew removed Lieutenant Matthew Jennings' body from the ceiling and replaced it with a temporary ceiling tile, until the hallway was deemed safe for entry. Hallway G-3 remained under quarantine for one month following this event, until it was confirmed safe to enter, with the exception of a hazmat team entering once a day to remove the SPC-XXXX-1 from the floor.
