BACKGROUND: On █/12/198█, the Black Mesa Research Facility sold approximately 1 square mile of usable space to the SCP Foundation. This area became known as Site-03, and operated clandestinely, under the cover of still being owned and operated by the Black Mesa Corporation. It remained breach-free and stable until █/23/202█, when several high-danger objects were on site for transfer to Site-19.
The specific areas under Foundation control were Sector L, an office and research complex, and Sector J, a high security storage area formerly operated by the United States Marine Corps. Sector L became Sector A Low Security Containment, and Sector J became Sector B High Security Containment, with B housing Keter-class anomalies and A Euclid/Safe. Exact records of anomalies kept on-site have been lost due to database errors, but recovered documents shown below demonstrate objects known by the Foundation to have been on-site at the time of Incident 03-Alpha.

INCIDENT 03-ALPHA: During a routine cleaning procedure on SCP-173's cell, a minor computer error resulted in total security failure across multiple containment areas, releasing approximately 23 individual objects from containment. This resulted in hundreds of casualties and prompted a temporary State of Emergency in the states of New Mexico, Colorado, and Oklahoma under the guise of a nuclear meltdown in the Black Mesa Research Facility.
The breach was eventually resolved when, with no other options, Director of Personnel Jack Bright detonated the on-site nuclear warhead in an attempt to stop SCP-682 from leaving the area unimpeded. This resulted in the loss of 8 SCP objects and any personnel still in the field.
Due to the containment failure, Foundation agents are currently working at every possible opportunity to halt the spread of information related to the Black Mesa Research Facility and the containment failure. At present, all references to the facility have been removed from online and historical sources, and records of the Site-3 transfer have been scrubbed from Black Mesa's records. Employees who formerly worked in and around Sectors L and JWhy were so many objects at Site-03 anyway? It was a covert facility, moving that much stuff in can't have been good for concealment; plus it was right next to a major civilian research center. Who the hell knows how many casualties could have resulted if the tram system hadn't been rerouted? Goddamn monkey, Bright.
