Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX's immobile nature, Area-XXXX has been built around it. Area-XXXX houses forces and D-class personnel prepared to deal with movement caused by SCP-XXXX. All experiments that involve SCP-XXXX must be approved by the 05 council. Area-XXXX must have at least 100 scientists, 50 security force, 20 D-Class, and 3 generators one being the main generator and the other 2 being backup generators. Area-XXXX is to have a constant connection to at least 1 05 member and a connection to all local MTF units and Sites and other Areas.
Area-XXXX was created in 19██ to guard, monitor, and study SCP-XXXX. Underneath the Area is, from bottom to top, the following 93 meters of ice and in the center of the ice is water and in the center of the water is SCP-XXXX, 35 meters of cobblestone of the top layer of the ice, 71 meters of concrete covering the layer of cobblestone, 1st section of the area has a generator on top of the concrete and the room above the generator consist of offices, cafeteria, storage, etc. The middle section, the biggest, has the main generator on the concrete, on top of it has the connections, shelter, main observatory, and holds the areas on site nuke, the final section has a generator and the D-Class quarters and Guard quarters. On top of every section has a radio tower and dirt in surrounding the entire facility. The Area covers over a 100 m perimeter and surrounding the entire facility is 2 fences and in between the fences are watch towers. All population centers are to be at least 15 km away from Area-XXXX.
