Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently located at Site-54. SCP-XXXX is supposed to be kept inside a 5m x 5m x 5m cube container, isolated for safety concerns of the other anomalies. Security cameras, recordings and any photographs of SCP-XXXX are only permitted to Level 3 Clearance. Interviews and Audio Logs are also permitted with Level 3 Clearance.

Due to recent Containment Breaches, SCP-XXXX is to be moved to Site-██ in 12 months.

Description: Not much is known about SCP-XXXX but the current details are listed below:

• SCP-XXXX was located stranded in the dessert in █████
• SCP-XXXX is an abnormal humanoid figure that has sporadic behaviour, it has a record of incidents involving infliction of injuries on others
• SCP-XXXX can kill any personnel by injecting an intravenous needle containing a liquid that is currently unknown and still undergoing experimentation
• Said liquid has effects of hallucinations, panic attacks, arrhythmia and breathing difficulties
• SCP-XXXX sometimes acts paranoid in his container

There had been reports of SCP-XXXX's effects on certain towns in the U.K. There are only 2 victims under the effect of SCP-XXXX

Additional information: Sarah had reported seeing an eerie figure outside her house in [REDACTED]. Neighbours had also reported the same figure, spotting SCP-XXXX near Sarah's house. On 07/05/18, Medical Reports showed Sarah's current conditions from SCP-XXXX.

Symptoms: Irregular Heartbeat, Breathing difficulties, Paranoia
Additional information: Michael had not seen SCP-XXXX but there was the neighbours' perspectives on SCP-XXXX in Michael's garden. Michael had neglected to check his condition at a nearby hospital. On 06/09/18, Michael was found unconscious on his Kitchen floor; fortunately, he recovered within a few hours and was later examined.

Addendum XXXX.1: Containment Breaches

There have been cases of SCP-XXXX's containment breaches. Due to these Breaches, SCP-XXXX has to move to Site-██.

Containment Breach 01

Description: SCP-XXXX had used the help of SCP-████ to escape the facility. Two Scientists were killed and one Security Officer was fatally injured and is currently in treatment. SCP-XXXX was later found 2km from Site-54 about 3 hours after searching. SCP-XXXX was later moved to isolation, away from any other anomalies that could provide support.

Containment Breach 02
Date of Breach: 12/8/19
Date of Capture: 11/10/19
Description: SCP-XXXX's Breach is currently unknown how it happened but Site Staff suspects a sabotage on the Containment Breach. SCP-XXXX did not murder or maim any staff but left damages among the Sites' grounds. SCP-XXXX was found approximately 1km away from Site-54.

Containment Breach 03
Date of Breach: ██/██/██
Date of Capture: 02/01/20
Description: SCP-XXXX was found 5km away from Site-54, the farthest the anomaly has gone. This is the reason for the upcoming move from Site-54 to Site-██. Luckily, no people were killed again but one Class-D Personnel was reported having issues similar to SCP-XXXX's effects.

SCP-XXXX: Yes, I… I am responsible.
Dr. Carlson: Good. Anyway, so what-
SCP-XXXX: What did you do to my possession?
Dr. Carlson: Your possession is undergoing investigation and experimentation. You will never get it back-

SCP-XXXX: It's a substance that I need to inject everyone with. It's a way for people to know how I feel with Paranoia.
Dr. Carlson: (Angrily) Your substance almost killed Michael ██████████. You think this is what people want; no, it's not.
SCP-XXXX: You just don't understand what I want.

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX is noted being aggressive and tries injecting people with his drug to make them experience what SCP-XXXX is feeling. The drug is suspected to be dangerous by multiple Research Officers.

The recorded interview happened before SCP-XXXX's first Containment Breach attempt. New interviews are planning to happen in the future.
