All video footage of SCP-????-A is to be removed from the computers storing them immediately to prevent spread of SCP-????-A. Any interactions with SCP-???? are to be strictly supervised by level 3 personnel. In the event of a containment breach SCP-???? is to be immediately removed from its holding cell and transported to site - ███ to prevent spread of SCP-????-A.
Description:
SCP-???? is a small wooden box (1x1 meters) that has been painted with a blend of mud and the ███of a █████, currently believed to be a ████. The box is locked shut by an unknown force, but it is believed that SCP-????-A is stored inside it. Upon making contact with SCP-???? subjects (now referred to as SCP-????-1) report hearing a low whistle coming from behind them, followed by a quiet voice speaking in an unknown language.
After 5 - 7 hours of making contact with SCP-???? subjects will begin reporting their first sightings of SCP-????-A. These take the form of a deceased family member, often missing their lower jaw, a young boy dressed in the uniform of an S.S soldier, a man measuring 8.3 feet tall wearing a plain white dress, and an old friend (usually from their schooling years) wearing a kimono, regardless of gender. Only one of these entities appear, but subjects have reported a blend of two different entities appearing at certain time periods.
After exactly 9 hours of making contact with SCP-????, all subjects immediately collapse and enter a coma, 70% of subjects die of blood loss whilst in the coma, with no visible trauma present. The other 30% report being stuck in a large square room with the SCP-????-A they reported seeing, they have stated that it does not do anything, rather just sits and stares at them.
After 24 hours of making contact with SCP-???? subjects report feeling incredibly anxious, with sudden meltdowns and attempts at suicide via ████ being reported. All Individuals have reported SCP-????-A replacing themselves in any of their reflections.
After 30 hours of making contact with SCP-????-A the entity enters the real world via still unknown methods and will walk towards the subject indefinitely, no physical object has managed to stop SCP-????-A. When SCP-????-A reaches the subject it will begin to tear them apart while yelling at them in an unknown language. Any personnel that witness SCP-????-A will experience the same effect.
Addendum ????-1: SCP-???? was observed "breathing" by Dr. Haarman. Dr. Haarman found dead via blood loss 10 hours after the initial report. SCP-????'s containment procedure and class changed.
Incident Log ????-1:
Lockdown issued in the Northern sector of site - ███ after multiple site personnel encountered an instance of SCP-????-A heading towards Dr. ████ (name censored for privacy). At least 60 on-site personnel dead, including two guards and one senior researcher.
