What’s the point of the story? It’s about the SCP Foundation.
The Chaos Insurgency try to kidnap key assets from Site-19, including SCP-239.
They succeed with Iris. Black Queen rescues her.
…not sure 239 works here… she may be distracting…
Unless she does nothing?
Begin with:
“The SCP Foundation is…”
Fuck, I dunno.
Maybe just Attack on Site-19, Chapter 1.
Chapter 1: Welcome to the Foundation
Jackie intake? A pretty normal intake. 01: She joins Foundation. 02. With terminal cancer, joins Kain program. 03. Joins
Moose intake? Defector from the Hand. 01: She defects. 02. Assessed by Gears and Lament — a containment specialist — and Bright, after having been locked up for years. 03.
Iris intake? She's captured by the Foundation. 01. Capture. 02. Omega-7 joining. 03. Stopped from interfering while Able slaughters everyone.
Chapter 2: Attack on Site-19
Chapter 3: Queen's Gambit [probably rename, thanks Silber]
Chapter 4: Welcome to the Insurgency
Three pitches.
Jonathan Nardieu is enthusiastic about using anomalies.
O5-8's Factotum (Dogwood?) hates the Foundation, wants revenge for Site-19, wants to force a return to the old ways
Third: A Chaos Magician Hand member? Or someone more relevant to Resurrection? (I mark you AN AGENT OF CHAOS. Dramatically tattoos her.)
Summer (Insurgency Factotum; he's fascinated by her dislike of the Insurgency despite loyalty; the Insurgency is keeping family alive, anomalous disease?)
Chapter 5: The Bell of Entropy, I
Does Lament…
2) Have conflicting memories he can't fully explain?
3) Remember multiple timelines (as well as Gears), and not be allowed to talk about it (including with Gears) because he's not cleared to know about Incident Zero (even though the higher-ups deliberately left him with those memories?
[This is all in 2010ish. In Resurrection, Lament doesn't start representing and/or being O5-12 until around 2015.]
Combination of #2 and #3, I'd think.
I'd imagine that he was allowed to keep the memories as a test, as an aside.
Gears has 'em because… Gears. Most other people don't. (Like, I can't think of another character that does, unless Clef decides to grab that idea.)
Everyone else either naturally had their memories become consistent, or had them 'reconciled'.

"You dislike amnestics, and you've refused them."
"Yes."
"You're suffering from PTSD as well."
"That's what I've been told."
"You know that amnestics will help with that, and you refuse to take them?"
"They help with the memories, but if I'm going to have a panic attack from smelling baby powder, I'd like to know why."
"Is that the case?"
Lament smiled. "Sorry. I can't talk to you about that," he apologized. "You don't have the clearance."

For The Last Time
Tomorrow
The Insurgency are here to pitch to 239. They were considering using the angel to chain her, but when the angel disappears, they retreat.
They can teleport in and out. They use human sacrifice to power this, because it's simple and easy. Clones, but they need to be implanted with memories, personality, history, to count as human beings (regular clones are super inefficient b/c they don't really count as human, magically)
Ma'am you can't go in there.
Yes I can. 239, listen. I know you're awake..We need to get you out of here
Gives them authorization code
I'm one of the directors of this site. Yes i can
With two three nine, S asks it was the thing at seventeen wasn't it. I thought I'd masked that.
You could have, moose says
I didn't go as far as I could. I was afraid of hurting anyone
That's because you're a good person, S
But no. Some of us already knew. There wasn't enough atrophy. And the bed sores…
S winces. They hurt… I thought no one would notice
She wants to see clef and the others she misses
In act three, insurgency agents corner the o5 or o5s. Agent thinks, giddy, today will be remembered. That rare day an o5 dies. Or maybe it won't be, maybe this was a decoy all along, it maybe it's really her but they'll all pretend it never happened. Either way, I'm dying with her.
But the insurgency agents don't fire. With one voice, they speak. We have a message for you. Take it to the rest of your council. Stop cowering in the shadows. Dare to reach higher. Join us, and together we shall sit the empty throne of heaven.
The agents dissolve all at once into rushing smoke. Their combat suits and weapons clatter to the ground.
Speak of this to no one. O5 frowns. Agent wonders, aren't you going to wipe our minds? But they don't.
And help us seat heaven's empty throne.
Secure. Contain. Protect. Humanity needs a future too.
Other way around?
Secure. Hands reach out. Contain. Hands make fists. Protect. Hands over hearts.
You preserve the present. Humanity needs a future too.
LIGHTNING END
When the dust cleared, Iris was gone.
When the dust cleared, Alpha-9 was gone.
Part 2:
- Moose meets up with Strelnikov.
- 1985 is trying to make her way back to Site-19. Goes into super-mode. She has to reach a nearby link station. A pickup team is standing by, waiting to meet her? So she's gotta rendezvous with them.
- 239? Think about this.
- Iris is snatched by the Black Queen. Maybe they reach her cell?
Part 3:
- Iris declines to go with the Black Queen. Betrayed, taken by the Insurgency.
- Angels appear.
Part 4:
- 1985 arrives.
- 1985 vs Angels. Nearly lose, then teleports away. (Just one angel?)
I think that the Black Queen takes Iris into the sealed off areas of Site-19, and the finale takes place there.
Campbell, I guess. Lol.
Buildings out of shape…
