SCP-XXXX is to be allowed as a researcher at Site-██, it is to be the head of the memetics, cognitohazards and infohazards of the facility to make it easier to keep tabs on her.
It is to be tracked and observed very closely at all times, bugs and hidden cameras are to be hidden all around areas the subject specialices and in her personal headquarters, including the bathroom, and are to be checked once a week day while SCP-XXXX performs her shift.
Any perssonel that is suspected to be an instance of SCP-XXXX-a is to be given class B amnestics and put in quarantine for 24 72 hours a week and be closely observed, if the subject still has SCP-XXXX influence, it is to be terminated.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a 48 years old asian female, with purple eyes and albino hair, she is 8" 5' inches tall and her weight is 67 pounds.
She was a survivor of Site-13 (when autorized I will link), her name was Dr. Freriericks as other survivors claim, although she seems unresponsive to the name, and no registers of such name exists. Supposedly, she used to be Site-13 overseer, although there's not enough evidence to confirm it.
Dr. Freriericks shows signs of severe trauma, and only respond with a little variety of vague moves such as nodding, pointing and shaking his head. He is to be transported to Site-██ with the rest of survivors to be examined and treated, and then interviewed.
The subject made all nearby sapient creatures be in distress and notably anxious, and was put in temporary containment in a humanoid containment cell. Three days following it's placement in temporary containment it called to the camera saying she felt about to collapse, a medical team was dispatched, but when they arrived she was already unconscious and caused [DATA EXPUNGED] wich led to [DATA EXPUNGED].

Closing statement: At this point, the security terminal was shut down and destroyed by security personnel overviewing the interview, although they left the tape intact on top of the destroyed terminal.
Both guards, D-98825 and the Security Team became an instance of SCP-XXXX-a
Armed force was deployed and found SCP-XXXX in a office chair eating a meal, she then explained that they (pointing at instances of SCP-XXXX-a) can be cured with amnestics. Testimonies confirm that the chair and the meal were brought by SCP-XXXX-a from the office of Dr.█████.
This event showed the memetic nature of SCP-XXXX and it's hability to manipulate humans, interviews were suspended until the nature of SCP-XXXX was known better

These results demonstrate that it can manipulate even creatures that don't really speak, we don't know how she is able to do this yet, but even more interesting is the fact that it uses her effects only as a defense or a countermeasure, and that's not even touching it's teleporting hability.

Seems like it's memetic hability isn't just by manipulation or vocalizations, looks like someone really made their homework, it was very unexpected the test results with SCP-073, I wish I could take that out of my mind… Or take my mind out at all… I guess I'll follow her commands.

It is unknown what happened in such test, all witnesses of the experiment between SCP-XXXX and SCP-073 either committed suicide or were prevented from doing so and given class-A amnestics. The tape is being kept in a locked case for future examination.
After knowing more about the nature and the extent of the anomaly of SCP-XXXX, approval for interviews was given from the Overseer, although SCP-XXXX refused to comply if it was being recorded in any way, but approved on someone taking notes. Due to the way her anomaly works, we complied.

Further testing prove that it's claims are correct, including any photo or video turning into a cognitohazard and her teleporting range.
Memetics specialists are still trying to understand how the process to fuse SCP-████ into it was possible in the first place.
As of ██/██/████ SCP-XXXX proves to be very helpful to the Foundation, facilitating the containment of certain SCP's and helping with it's knowledge of memetics, and already helped prevent 2 PK-class end-of-the-world scenarios and 4 █████-class ███ ██████ █████ scenarios.
