Special Containment Procedures: Instances of SCP-7345-1 are to be stored in low level anomalous item containment locker. MTF-Theta-2 (Tea Ban) is tasked to monitor and confiscate any and all instances of SCP-7345-1 appearing in the city of ██████ Russia
Description: SCP-7345 is a memetic effect1 that is only taking place in a small city in mainland Russia. Citizens affected with SCP-7345 will try to turn every body of water they can find into tea using SCP-7345-1. SCP-7345-1 is a tea bag with the word “фабрика” written on the tag. When SCP-7345-1 comes into contact with a body of water, it will slowly turn the water into reddish-amber liquid looking similarly like black tea, D-class that drank the liquid describe the taste as regular black tea but much more enjoyable. It should be noted that individuals drinking said liquid will not contract any diseases previously found in the body of water even though they are still present in. Subjects drinking it will have an increase in dopamine and serotonin in their brain, afterwards the subject will try to make another batch of tea in any body of water it can find. It should be noted that SCP-7345-1 doesn’t need the normal temperature needed to brew regular tea and can be used indefinitely. The Foundation was alerted to the existence of SCP-7345 after hearing reports of the water in Lake ██████ started turning into some kind of reddish-amber liquid. Agents were dispatched and found a man affected with SCP-7345 with an instance of SCP-7345-1 beside him. The man was amnesticized and returned to his normal life. Testing is allowed under the permission or direct supervision from 1-2 level 3 personnel preferably Researcher Gerst and or Dr. Pepper
Addendum: As of 18/08/██ there’s ██ SCP-7345-1 in containment. Before this addendum it is believed to be only 1 SCP-7345-1 in circulation and has now been contained. After a video titled [REDACTED] has been found circulating the internet and reports regarding boxes filled to the brim with SCP-7345-1 being sent to people’s homes with “без имени” drawn on the each container with what appears to be expert marker, MTF-Theta-2 has been established and assigned to monitor and confiscate any instances of SCP-7345-1 outside of containment and amnesticizing citizens affected by SCP-7345, while also tracking down the individual who is sending these packages.
