Special Containment Procedures:
Any SCP reports will be taken seriously and the area quarantined. Class D personnel carrying v1 tactical Flashlights will be distributed evenly around the perimeter every 3 meters. All civilians are to be evacuated and give class B anaesthetics. Spotlights are to be put up inside the quarantine area. There are to be no spaces where there is darkness, except for a small 3 by 3 by 3 meter area in the center of the quarantined area. SCP should be housed in a cell made 2 foot layered Uranium and Led, with the outer layers being made out of Led that is 5 in thick built around the dark spot. There should be at least 9 layers. No mirrors, cameras, or anything else that can reflect light should be in the area. Only class B personnel should be allowed within 50 meters of the containment cell. Class C and D personnel can be allowed within 50 meters with permission from Class A personnel Mr. Dimes.
Anyone to break these rules are to be given Class A anesthetics to forget anything about the foundation and kicked from the foundation.
Description SCP is a humanoid figure with no specific sex. IT appears to the human eye as a shadow-like figure. Note that though SCP looks like shadow, it does have a 3 dimensional form. It's basic is barely recognizable, a few things do stand out perfectly clear:
- Its eyes(resembling homo sapien eyes, but red.)
- Its mouth(resembling homo sapien mouth. This includes teeth)
- Its nose(resembling homo sapien mouth.)
Though it's weight is not clear, SCP is about 8 feet tall and is very skinny.(about 8 inches)
Behavior And Effects Upon seeing SCP , the viewer will blackout and wake up within 10 hours.
