Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX Is contained at [REDACTED] Within a level 2 standard humanoid containment chamber. Any interview, test, or other interaction is to involve a minimum of 3 people, all within earshot of each other in order to minimize dealings with the entity.

SCP-XXXX is to undergo regular psychiatric treatment for paranoia and deteriorating mental stability as of 8/3/1987. Despite this the current procedures detailing that SCP-XXXX is to have Minimum contact with any personnel/sentient creatures are to stay in place until further notice.
Due to SCP-XXXX's continued unwillingness to divulge identities of dealmakers, content of dealings & number of dealings no testing involving the entities reality bending abilities are to conducted.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a skinless humanoid standing at 229cm, composed entirely of muscle tissue & bone similar to that of humans. The head is noticeably devoid of any muscle tissue and instead resembles a skull similar in appearance to that of a vampire bat's. SCP-XXXX is unable to eat or breathe & it is currently unknown how SCP-XXXX sustains itself or vocalizes speech by both foundation & entity.

SCP-XXXX possesses high-level reality bending abilities, able to change reality in line with the deepest desire of subjects interacting with this entity. In exchange for this however, it will demand a small amount of human tissue.
SCP-XXXX has no proper control over how & what is changed, and can only change things in accordance with what others desire. However if a deal is made between subject & entity, and the subject dies before the desired amount of flesh is reached, the repercussions are instead felt by the subjects oldest living descendant, therefore along with the entities own unwillingness to divulge numbers & names, current foundation efforts to identify at-risk parties have been unsuccessful.

SCP-XXXX claims that in the event of reaching the desired mass of flesh, it will leave this dimension & timeline and travel to a new one, in this process the burning pain suffered normally during it's method of dimensional jumping by SCP-XXXX will instead be transferred to the dealmakers or their descendants through the small mass taken in exchange for deals.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered outside of site ██ on 9/3/58 in the late evening, it was found attempting to enter and claimed that it had been told the foundation would be able to assist it and had been given the directions to multiple sights, outposts or other foundation-owned locations. An investigation is ongoing as of this document.

Interviewer: I'm sorry but what exactly are you talking about?
SCP-XXXX: well you've kept me here for a few days now, I figured you would know it all by this point…The man who sent me here said you lot are very prepared.
Interviewer: Well I'm afraid you'll need to fill in the blanks for us, what exactly are you?
SCP-XXXX: I believe you would call what I do as "dimensional jumping" I travel between reality, however I made a tiny error in the process & have been stuck here for far too long. But vie been collecting material so I can continue on & was informed you could help achieve this in the most beneficial way for everybody
SCP-XXXX:Sapient Flesh, I still don't understand how exactly it works I'm afraid, I just know it does.
SCP-XXXX: Before you say a word, I have no intentions of snatching the flesh off a man's bones, if I did I would be long gone by now I assure you! In exchange for a donation I've "granted their deepest desires"
Interviewer: that's all well & good but why do you even need the flesh?
SCP-XXXX: easy. Pain transfer, instead of me suffering the burning agony that moving between these dimensions creates, it gets sent over to the dealmaker or their oldest descendant, it's not a pretty sight but mi certain if dealt with correctly it could be practically nullified!
Interviewer: Excuse me for a second, but you genuinely think we would work with you putting so many lives in danger? What makes you think we'll help you get home now you've informed us of this?
SCP-XXXX: Think of all the good I could do, everybody I could help, all for a small price that if handled correctly, I'm certain it could be nearly nullified!
Interviewer: That nearly isn't as assuring as you probably meant it, nor are you giving a beneficial reason for co-operation.
Person: Well let me put it another way, I'm not spending the rest of eternity chained to one rock because some people can't get it through their heads I'm offering a good deal!
Interviewer: Calm down, Just because I think your absolutely in the wrong doesn't mean they will, this interview is concluded.
SCP-XXXX: I'm sorry, a few hundred years does something to your patience. I hope to be working with you all soon.

As of Incident XXXX-F, SCP-XXXX has been upgraded to Euclid status & moved to site [REDACTED], due to it's multiple escape attempts and repeated attempts at dealings with personnel.
