Note on Special Containment Procedures: SCP- - is currently uncontained, and under the possession of the G.O.I called "Chaos Insurgency". If contained by the Foundation, the following procedures are to be followed.-Agent ████
Special Containment Procedures: SCP- -1 is to be kept in a 8x4x3(m)(Lxlxh) storage room with cement walls, covered with 4 cm thick metal plates, and with no other electric equipment inside the room. SCP- -2 can have access to SCP- -1. All tests and routines are to be done remotely, and personnel trying to enter SCP- -1's containment chamber are to be immediately terminated. SCP- - is to be enabled at all times, except when Procedure New Chronos is undergoing.
Procedure New Chronos: 300 days after SCP- -2 celebrates its 50th birthday, he is to be put in a medical coma, and then a trusted foundation employee is to be assigned as SCP- -3 and sent in SCP- -1's containment chamber, and disable it. SCP- -2 is to be terminated, and SCP- -3, ordered to cut his right hand, and then proceed to turn SCP- -1 back on, with the right hand. SCP- -3 will be reassigned as SCP- -2.
Note on Procedure New Chronos: As I was talking to "colleagues" from the C.I. to gather information on SCP- -, (which they refer to as A.R.C.), I have decided to add this protocol in the document I made, as it is the only way to replace SCP- -2, and in the same time, I have learned the horrible fate that awaits anyone connected to SCP- -1 and dying. The subject will die again, again and again, locked in a time loop, until replaced. It is unknown if SCP- -1 is stable or not, but if it is not, it could break space and time, this is why I consider that it cannot remain in the hands of the C.I., which are using it as a tool, or better said: a toy.-Agent ████
Description: SCP- -1 is a device, of unknown making, torus-shaped, with a single lever made to enable/disable it. Its anomalous properties start to manifest once a non-anomalous human enables it while bleeding from the right hand, with the right hand. The subject is now referred to as SCP- -2. If SCP- -2 dies, SCP- -1 will reset time back 300 minutes (5 hours) before its death. SCP- -2 will retain knowledge about everything that happened to it before its death.
SCP- -3 is the reference given to the subject that will replace SCP- -2 when Procedure New Chronos is undergoing.

SCP- -'s document has been classified and most personnel who have seen it will be amnesticized, but thanks to your contribution, it has been decided to give you further access to the document.
I shouldn't tell you this, but, you have the right to know. The total casualties on our side are 84. There were 4 MTF teams sent in. Apparently, we tried more than 100 times. They don't want this to be leaked as it is very sensitive intel, because, as Agent ████ said, there is a chance this thing is not stable. There is a chance it creates space-time anomalies, there is a chance it does more harm than we know. Keep this to yourself, and don't talk to anyone about this. We'll keep in touch.

It is just now I noticed, but, 300 minutes, its 5 hours; I was sent the document on 15.10.2018 and sent it further 5 minutes later, but only after exactly 5 months the object was retrieved, and you sent me that message 5 months later. We both know what this could mean.

00:00-You are in your office. The alarm clock is showing 00:00. All is well. You try to calm down. You try to remember the face of the attacker, but you can't. You search through your stuff something to defend yourself with. You find a multitool. Not much, but the only thing you got. You exit the room.
Incident log- -01
Foreword:On 20.08.2019 at 01:47, Site ██, Sector █, a firefight begun between more foundation employees, and the security team. 23 D-Class Personnel, 28 researchers, 3 janitors, and 4 medics lost. All security personnel were infiltrated agents from an unknown fifthist organization. 26 were killed, 2 committed suicide, 1 was captured, and 21 escaped. The following is a description of the recovered camera footage.

01:52-A group of researchers are running towards the cafeteria, screaming and begging for mercy, followed by two guards, aiming them. A janitor, hidden behind the door, jumps on the guards, knocking one out, but is killed by the other. 2 D-Class personnel jump on the second guard, and put him down. The 2 D-Class go in the cafeteria and discuss several minutes with the researchers.
02:01 The 2 D-Class block the door with chairs and tables, while the researchers grab all the knives and forks they find.
02:17 14 guards are outside of the cafeteria, placing an explosive device on the door.02:18 A guard checks his radio and then orders the others to follow him.
02:19 SCP- -2 is seen entering the control room, initiating a lockdown of Sector █, and disabling the main power source of the Sector.
05:42 The power is turned back on by MTF Epsilon-11. All hostiles killed.

Closing Statment: The all the hostiles had a tattoo with the number 5, on different parts of the body. It is still unknown how they managed to infiltrate the facility unnoticed, and what happened when the power was off. Most personnel refuse to describe the event.

Foreword: SCP- -2 was found interrogating a hostile, threatening him with a knife. In the same room were found 18 dead hostiles. SCP- -2 accepted an interview, to clarify the recent events.

SCP- -2: To "complete" it. I have no idea what it means, don't ask.
