Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is kept in an standard humanoid containment cell in hall 9 inside site ██. The room in which SCP-5000 is kept should not have any possible area for attaching a rope, The room is accommodated with an standard bed, dresser, mirror, and a off room lavatory after incident B (see addendum-1). The room should be checked every 10 hours and on the 15th of any month the cell should not be monitored and any surveillance device should be removed this should be done as of incident B (see addendum-1). If any Foundation personal is found with video or photographic material dated the 15th of any month and is still alive should be reprimanded and sent to on site infirmary for a full body search of any wound. SCP-5000 was founded on the 14th of November a day before incident A which caused the death of ██ foundation agents. SCP-5000 was found in ████████ Kentucky USA, hanging from an oak tree in a noose wielding a M1911. (see addendum-2 for discovery and recovery)
Description: SCP-5000 is believed to be a Caucasian male with frayed brown hair. SCP-5000's skin has the pigmentation of faded white and the body temperature of a corpse and it is assumed that SCP-5000 is dead but still able to do any function an average human is capable of and still needs to be fed and needs to dispose of waist but is classified as clinically dead as their brain is no longer active and is decaying but they decay does not affect SCP-5000's motor skills. SCP-5000 wears a faded black and white business suit with a faded black tie and black dress shoes. SCP-5000's eyes and mouth seem to be pitch black and from testing so is all of SCP-5000's insides. A gunshot hole is located on SCP-5000's right temple the gunshot hole is believed to come from the M1911 that was found in SCP-5000's right hand upon discovery and removed during recovery
Addendum-1: The following is going over incident A and incident B
Incident A occurred on discovery of SCP-5000 after which the removal of the handgun in SCP-5000's right hand the rope SCP-5000 hung on ripped and SCP-5000 proceeded to ████████████████ agent Evans leaving barley enough of the agents body to be recognized after which SCP-5000 became active and has not gone bake to being inactive.
Incident B occurred when D-class 327 went into SCP-5000's cell to clean before the lavatory was installed into their cell when they proceeded to pick up the pistol and then inserted it into their pocket which seemed to anger SCP-5000 who then proceeded to remove the noose from their neck and then hang D-class 327 from a metal rod sticking out of the ceiling in the containment cell and after D-class 327 succumbed to a lack of air SCP-5000 removed the pistol from D-class 327's pocket.
Addendum-2: The following is a log of discovery and recovery of SCP-5000
SCP-5000 was reported to local police with multiple calls reporting a hanging corpse though this seemed normal agent Evans was dispatched to take care of it and removed the pistol from SCP-5000's right hand and resulted in incident A which then was reported to the foundation which took a day for all needed staff to be on seen and to evacuate the neighbor hood SCP-5000 was located and on the 15th of November caused the casualties of ██ foundation agents and later SCP-5000 was found once again hanging from the same oak tree and when MTF Alpha-9 ("Last Hope") was sent to recover the bodies of foundation agents and SCP-5000.
