Special Containment Procedures:SCP-4713 is to be contained in a 5m x 5m x 5m room made of reinforced concrete. The entry door should not exceed 3 meters in height and one meter in width. A sound insulation system should be installed within the walls and a small 50cm x 50cm window for further research, but eye contact with the SCP should be controlled. A speaker and a microphone should be installed inside the room to provide communication between the scientists and the SCP.
No other form of communication except the one originally provided shall be used. Electronics and other devices should be kept out of the room at all costs.
