    SCP-🅷🆄🅼 describes an anomalous phenomena that describes the random manifestation of 16 VHS tapes across the State of New York², each designated SCP-🅷🆄🅼-1 to 16.

    The contents of SCP-🅷🆄🅼 instances appear to be an animated series of unkown origin,
    The only recurring protagonist present in these instances is a humanoid entity of unknown height, origin and age drawn in the style known as "Rubber hose"³. The entity seems to be bent on finding ways to entertain it's subject although reviews from personnel who have viewed some instances have failed to express any form of amusement, SCP-🅷🆄🅼-12 is labeled as a prime example of such an attempt.

    Located on the backside of each manifestation is a written summary of what the episode contains, typically displaying the main character in question with great dramatic emphasis along with the "hero's" actions.

    While the films themselves aren't anomalous, in some cases the instance may manifest the contents directly onto the screen⁴, The inconsistent pattern of SCP-🅷🆄🅼's film unlikemost media, constantly switching between intentions from educational to nonsensical antics preformed.

    For this reason, all instances have been given a sub-designation. These designations include:

    Upon initial containment, there were only 11 instances, all confiscated after claims of "Randomly appearing film cartridges" came up in the local news. All articles/documents mentioning this continuous event were archived and replaced with a cover-story detailing a typical car wreckage involving the sudden lost of several animatics for a show of undisclosed purpose that was allegedly cancelled for reasons not mentioned.

    SCP-🅷🆄🅼 designates a Caucasian female of Aryan descent standing at an average height of 1.76 meters. The subject appears to be incapable of speech, even though subject has a completely intact larynx. SCP-🅷🆄🅼 has thus resorted to utilizing it's anomalous properties to communicate with on-site personnel, SCP-🅷🆄🅼 has so far shown capable of understanding German, English along with, rudimentary Spanish and French.

    The subject appears to admit a constant radio signal of 1040 kHz, when transmitted onto a communication platform, the broadcast is perceived as a news network system that is titled as "ABC Network-Human32" or in isolated cases "Human32". However the subject is incapable of receiving transmissions, to it's mild disappointment.

    SCP-🅷🆄🅼 has later identified itself as "Amber ██████", a distant cousin of Site-88 researcher Mike ████, however DNA evidence have remained inconclusive. Further Research pending.

    Closing Statement: SCP-🅷🆄🅼 and Dr. Arkaiv were later found in the same room the interview took place, the two were extracted once maintenance was available to fix the situation with no incident. The containment breach of (4) separate anomalies in Sector-C have resulted in the death of 23 on-site personnel, including Researcher ████, SCP-🅷🆄🅼 hasn't been informed yet of Mike ████'s passing.

    Due to SCP-🅷🆄🅼 only affecting those of the Foundation, no containment procedures are necessary.

    Descriptive Summary:

    SCP-🅷🆄🅼 designates a humanoid entity standing 2.13 meters in height of average build and undetermined sex that currently affects all of the Foundation, it's epidermis appearing to be coated with a slick substance of greyish color. The majority of the subjects face is obscured with a black, wide brimmed top hat and a mask of cartoonish appearance, only showing it's characteristic smile.

    When in view of a subject, SCP-🅷🆄🅼 will be perceived as a significant relic from the person's childhood. Usually ranging from toys, electronics to people, at which the subject will drawn towards said object and proceed to interact with it as such. If the subject lacks such a part of their childhood, SCP-🅷🆄🅼's properties will be nullified from affecting the viewer.

    During such manifestations where it's affects are canceled. It will proceed to "playfully sulk" in it's inability to determine an object that had a significant role in their adolescence, by which interaction with the subject can be made.

    SCP-🅷🆄🅼 has expressed a minor interest in other SCP artifacts, and will occasionally manifest in one's area, usually without notice or little incident, however it rarely encounters more hostile entities without expressing a cautious personality. Notably, after a multitude of manifestations, it became apparent that SCP-🅷🆄🅼 was resilient to most of the anomalous influences many other objects emit.

    SCP-🅷🆄🅼 is currently implemented into Site-██'s architecture. Containment should meet regulations for standard employees offices. Due to SCP-🅷🆄🅼's seemingly harmless properties, minimal effort is actually required to contain SCP-🅷🆄🅼. Weekly maintenance should be implemented to properly protect SCP-🅷🆄🅼 from sudden erosion or deconstruction.

    Personnel are to refrain from interacting with SCP-🅷🆄🅼-2 instances and should keep a considerable 6ft distance away from SCP-🅷🆄🅼. In the unlikely event of SCP-🅷🆄🅼-2 displaying hostile behavior, evacuation of SCP-🅷🆄🅼's perimeters should be a priority.

    Description:

    SCP-🅷🆄🅼 is a barrier measuring 2 meters in length, constructed out of silicon carbide bricks. The wall is physically non-anomalous, hence it's implantation into Site-██'s construction. When viewed upon by any personnel, a perceived "window" is visible (Considered as SCP-🅷🆄🅼-1).

    SCP-🅷🆄🅼-1's a standard glass paned window of suitable condition. SCP-🅷🆄🅼-1 doesn't physically exist seemingly a memetic affect orchestrated by SCP-🅷🆄🅼. Attempts of entering SCP-🅷🆄🅼-1 has remained fruitless, usually resulting in damaged to SCP-🅷🆄🅼 and the perpetrator. Viewers of SCP-🅷🆄🅼-1 are able to perceive the exteriors of it's location, typically the outdoors or to any open-air facility at times showing individuals ( Henceforth referred to as SCP-🅷🆄🅼-2 ).
