SCP-8762 was discovered during an investigation of a stadium in the city of ██████, citizens reported hearing heavy breathing from within the (now abandoned) stadium built in 1988, after the deployment of a S.W.A.T team it was discovered that below the stadium was an underground temple, after exploring the various rooms within it, the team discovered SCP-8762 inside of the temple, shortly after SCP-8762 was taken to Site-██ where it is kept now. The temple seems to have no anomalous properties and is only visited once every 2 months by foundation personnel to see if anything has changed.
