Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4628 is surrounded by a steel wall with a height of 5 meters and a radius of 450 meters to prevent accidental citizen witnesses. Due to the nature of SCP-4628 images and videos of it are not an issue. There are to be 2 security personnel stationed at the entrance as well as 20-meter high observation towers staffed with at least 3 security personnel each every 20 meters along the perimeter 5 meters away from Site-4628. Any and all databases unrelated to the IntSCPFN are to be scrubbed of details and information of the location of SCP-4628.

Object description:
SCP-4628 refers to the town of █████████, USA. SCP-4628 is comprised of 3 major components, these being SCP-4628-1, SCP-4628-2, and SCP-4628-3. SCP-4628 is not viewable through any digital video or image as it will appear invisible in any images or videos taken. SCP-4628-1 is a humanoid entity of an unspecified age or gender that appears to be in constant physical and emotional distress and has been observed on multiple occasions to attempt self-harm as well as self-termination. any and all attempts to communicate with SCP-4628-1 have failed SCP-4628-2 appears to be a commodore 64 computer that is in the exact center of SCP-4628. It also appears that SCP-4628-1 returns to SCP-4628-2 whenever it leaves SCP-4628. SCP-4628-1 will also return to SCP-4628-2 after approximately 3-5 hours without reseting. This "reset" appears to cause SCP-4628-1 extreme physical and emotional distress. SCP-4628-1's truly anomalous properties manifest whenever matter that has not been converted into SCP-4628-3 comes within a 1-meter radius of SCP-4628-1. If any non-anomalous matter reaches the 1-meter radius around SCP-4628-1, or comes in physical contact with an existing instance of SCP-4628-3, it becomes an instance of SCP-4628-3. Instances of SCP-4628-3 appear "Glitched" and are prone to random propulsion, spontaneous combustion, phasing through solid matter, floating, teleportation, and in rare occaisions, ██████████ ████. Instances of SCP-4628-3 also cannot leave the border of SCP-4628. It has been noted, however, that inherently anomalous objects are immune to the effects of SCP-4628 (see incident report 4628-Athetisi-3).
SCP-4628 was recovered by foundation personnel on █/█/19██ after Agent Thompson witnessed the anomaly's initial manifestation firsthand while investigating POI-42311332.
