Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity currently contained within Site 7. SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell furnished with children's books, one 76.2 x 45.7 x 48.3 toy chest, one calendar and set of stickers chosen by SCP-XXXX, a variable number of toys allowed to SCP-XXXX, and one stuffed "Teddy" Bear with a microphone concealed within the stuffing. If the subject has exhibited sufficient good behavior for a day then it is to be allowed to place one sticker on the current date. If the subject experiences bad behavior SCP-XXXX's babysitter is to draw a frowny face in the calendar space and log the bad behavior along with the date and time. If the subject experiences a minimum of 20 good days in a month, at the end of that month it will be allowed one additional toy provided there is enough space in the chest, if the chest is full the entity is allowed to surrender toys as needed to make room, surrendered toys are to be examined for any anomalous properties, new toys are to be examined for anomalous properties before being given to the subject as well.

If SCP-XXXX exhibits bad behavior standard punishments recommended by the on-site psychologist may be given, including but not limited to confiscating toys from the entity or restricting privileges.
Privileges include:

  • Being allowed to visit the site doctors and research staff (in office only) between the hours of 800 and 1800 local time.
  • Being allowed to watch television or experience any other type of media.
  • Being allowed to interact with other safe humanoid entities.
  • Monthly toy allowance.

SCP-XXXX is forbidden from interacting with any personnel or humanoid object for more than 7 total days within a one month period with the exception of emergencies.

Medical visits to SCP-XXXX must be approved by the current psychologist overseeing SCP-XXXX's care. Overseers of SCP-XXXX are to be rotated once every 3 days.
When interacting with SCP-XXXX please address him as Clifton as it's object number distresses it and may cause uncooperative behavior when used.

Description: SCP-XXXX is 121.9 cm tall and weighs 22.9 kg. SCP-XXXX is at peak physical condition with no signs of mental illness, genetic testing for hereditary diseases tested negative but instead revealed telomere lengths comparable to those of healthy 5 to 8 year olds. These results along with SCP-XXXX's height and stature indicate that it is a 7 year old male child. However black and white photographs reveal it to be at least 89 years old (a birth certificate could not be located during retrieval)
