Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5217 is to be kept in a Class 3 containment cell, at Site [REDACTED]. Any interactions with the anomaly, is otherwise prohibited, unless previously confirmed by the Senior Researcher of Site [REDACTED]. Should any personnel be affected by the anomalous properties of SCP-5217, they are to be issued Class B-Amnestics and monitored for a period of 24 hours following initial exposure. Should the affected person(s) continue to show signs of emotional disparity. They are to be terminated.
In lieu of the recent incident at Site [REDACTED]. All testing required for SCP-5217 is restricted to any individuals without Level-4 clearance.
Description: SCP-5217 is a standard photograph taken from a Polaroid Supercolor 645 CL instant camera. The photo shows a caucasian male of average build, sporting a white suit consistent with 1980s attire. While the photo itself is not anomalous the entity within it is. The entity can affect an individual's emotions based on it's own facial expressions. Testing with the anomaly indicates that anyone within a range of 2-10 feet will experience significant emotional change, induced by the anomaly. Furthermore, there is a 64% chance that an individual will continue to show signs of being affected by the anomaly.

SCP-5217-1C: The anomaly produces an expression consistent with sadness. An individual within the vicinity of the anomaly, begins to break down after 4 minutes and 32 seconds of exposure. Risk Class: Caution.

SCP-5217-2D: The anomaly produces an expression consistent with that of jealousy. The subject within the range of the anomaly, began to feel hatred towards anything else near them, after 3 minutes and 22 seconds of exposure. Risk Class: Warning.

SCP-5217-3B: The anomaly produces an expression consistent with that of anger. The subject near the anomaly began attacking any person who was near them before being terminated. Note, the subject began attacking after 46 seconds of exposure. Risk Class: Danger.
