Special Containment Procedures: It must be contain in a standard humanoid cell with a reinforced door. IT must be monitored at all times by someone with level 3 access or higher. It must be fed once a day at least. It is to be fed a meat of any kind and vegetables or else he will become agitated this will be explained later. It can be questioned at least once a week.

Description: It is a cloaked humanoid creature that claims to know everything and to be as old as time. Blood samples and x-rays do not work. He will answer any question that someone may have but you must answer a question of IT's before It will answer. It sometimes will put a black corrosive substance that is unknown.
