Special Containment Procedures:SCP-2379 is to be contained in a 50 x 10 x 50 meters 600mm thick concrete lead lined containment cell filled with salt water at site [REDACTED].

In case of a containment breach, MTF-ILLI-12 (The Sketchy Characthers) is to be dispatched with tranquilizer weapons to contain the SCP.

Description:SCP-2379 is a colony of jellyfish of an unidentified species that is sapient and can walk on land without the loss of water and with a moviment of up to 4kp/h. SCP-2379 is very intelligent and cooperative with foundation staff and D-Class personel, but is rather unpredictable and can be agressive if offended, threatned, bullied, hurt or forgotten about.

Durring its agressive state, SCP-2379 will launch its tentacles at its agressor/agressors which will be cores with a liquid similar to [DATA EXPUNGED], that turns the infected into melted plastic but very sticky and corrosive, which is then consumed by SCP-2379.

SCP-2379 is only known to inhabt salty water and in land masses such as the [DATA EXPUNGED] islands.
