Description: SCP-XXXX is the USS Narwhal, a unique submarine launched in 1967, noteworthy for the paratechnology incorporated in the design which gave it virtually unlimited endurance and high survivability. Recovered documents from GoI-616 (“Pentagram”) show that the ship was designed to act as “an offshore base for the continuity of government in the event of a large-scale nuclear exchange or other similarly catastrophic events.”
