Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be contained in a cardboard box labeled "SCP-XXXX" on a standard Low-Security shelf in Wing C of Site-64. Apart from this, further containment should not be necessary due to the fact that it is an inert object.
Description: SCP-XXXX is composed of two features. A sign reading "Adam's Playroom", hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, once placed on a door, will lead to a room, hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-2, filled with children's toys. See Addendum for list of toys. Once SCP-XXXX-1 is placed on a door, that door will lead to SCP-XXXX-2, no matter where the door previously led to, although any door exceeding 3 feet wide by 8 feet tall will not open to SCP-XXXX-2, instead revealing the same room that it originally led to.
If SCP-XXXX-1 is removed from the door leading to SCP-XXXX-2, then the exit of SCP-XXXX-2 will instead lead to a house located in █████, Oregon. The SCP Foundation bought the household afterwards, and it is now known as Site-██. SCP-XXXX is now contained at Site-64
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered after Kate ███████ reported the object to the police after buying the sign off of an online website. She stated that the room she placed the sign on was completely empty beforehand. Field Agent █████ was dispatched to recover the object and amnestics were applied accordingly.

Result: After spending 30 minutes inside of SCP-XXXX-2, PTF Gamma-8 logged all of their findings in the object list above.
