Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9091 must be kept in a sealed bullet proof, blast proof container in a 20 by 20 meter room, if the container is empty or shows signs of damage, replace the container using a blindfolded Class-D in order to prevent any instances of SCP-9091-1 from manifesting. In case of a breach SCP-9091 shall have its door boarded up to prevent anyone of becoming an instance of SCP-9091-1.
Description: SCP-9091 is a roll of Scotch brand duct tape from the 1990’s. When any sentient entity enters 6 meters of SCP-9091 will be compelled to wrap the tape around their body. If the entity is successful at wrapping itself with the tape they will become an SCP-9091-1. SCP-9091-1’s are a highly hostile, strong and sticky entity that will run towards anything sentient and drag them towards SCP-9091 attempting to create more SCP-9091-1’s,there is no way to reverse the SCP-9091-1 process. SCP-9091 was discovered in a abandoned hardware store near the border of western Nevada, the small town nearby had complained about seeing humanoid entity’s outside of there windows. Once a child and multiple police officers went missing nearby the hardware store the SCP Foundation was called in.
Testing: the resent most test was conducted when a Class-D (D0978) was informed to damage SCP-9091 using a MP5, the bullets deflected onto the Class-D killing them. Further tests on SCP-9091 need permission from an administrator with level 4 clearance.
